After examining your account, it appears there were several months where scheduled payments didn’t go through successfully, which meant the balance wasn’t fully paid off at the time it may have seemed like it was. When payments are missed or only partially completed, the remaining balance continues forward — and that can understandably feel like a “new” charge if it’s not clearly explained. That said, it’s our responsibility to make sure this is communicated clearly and it sounds like we didn’t satisfactorily fulfill our obligation there. We’d be happy to take another look at your account with you and walk through it step by step so everything makes sense and feels resolved.
