All communications were in Chinese? I had to get google to translate to know this was a survey. I had no idea what was going on with my order until the day it showed up. No instructions arrived with the replacement filters, like whether rubber pieces need to be kept in place from the old filter, when to change them or anything else, Just a couple of filters in crinkled up boxes stuck in a grey bag delivered to the wrong door so I didn't even see them for 2 days.

Product was delivered to a different address…

Product was mailed to a different address. The shipping label showed #16 Gas Lamp Lane (which doesn't exist) instead of my actual address of #116 Gas Lamp Lane. It was delivered to 18 Capogna St., luckily the recipient text messaged me using the phone number on the address label to arrange for me to pick up the product from his home.. causing an inconvenience to both of us!

DON´T BUY ANY OF THIS

If you have the opportunity to buy this products, DON´T! This company is a mess, they messed up my order, and never answer, I spend a lot of money and it´s ALWAYS like this. I have been with the product for two or three years and buy again, it´s always painful. Go away and be happy with other company/product that can do exactly the same, just like I just did.

I LOVE THIS FILTER!! HAD ONE FOR ABOUT 5YRS, IT STARTED TO NOT WORK. I WENT ON LINE FOUND YOUR COMPANY AND DECIDED TO ORDER ANOTHER. VERY GOOD PRODUCT FOR FILTERING!! I DID NOT LIKE THE LONG WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT, IF THERE WAS A FASTER WAYTO RECEIVE IT, THEN MY REVIEW WOULD BE PERFECT IN ALL AREAS!!!! IT WAS ABOUT 3 FULL WEEKS BEFORE I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!!!

Stay away!

I’m starting to wonder if this company is legitimate. I placed an order nearly a month ago and still haven’t received the filter I paid for. The tracking number you provided—also repeated by your customer service team—does not show up as valid on China Post, even though you indicated China Post is handling the shipment.

Sorted and works as it should

The vortopt does need some extra plumbing joints to fit it properly and leak free. Works as a water filter should. The connections is a 3/8 male from the unit, but a 3/8 female to 15mm, most common in uk

I have recently purchased and fitted a Vortopt under sink water filter and am extremely pleased with the whole deal! It was half the cost of any comparable product, an absolute breeze to install and our tap water has never tasted so good! Thanks! 😎👍

Both PC & C2 filters made in China fit the Vortop WR-600 reverse osmosis filtration system and work well.
