Hi Sandra! Thank you for your feedback. Wallplanks can be installed on ceilings. Our Wallplanks are one of the best products you can use for wall panel ceiling applications. Wallplanks are light weight, thin and very easy to apply. Just peel and stick to the ceiling, and then use brad nails as reinforcement per the installation instructions.

Wow! We are grateful and honoured by your words and review! We are happy to be part of your house and hopefully be part of others too. We would love to see photos if you can share them with us! 😍

Hello Jamie, we apologize for the confusion as our team has been working tirelessly to improve our products and services including ordering samples a lot of processes may have changed from the time you received the email and placing an order. To ease your experience we refunded the amount charged for the samples and tax which should be back on your account after a few business days. We apologize for this and we hope you would consider updating the review as well.

Hi, thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently working on improving our communication channels such as text, emails, phone system etc. in order to provide better support to our customers. As for the installation of our product, we acknowledge that it is a process which is why we have installation instructions available to follow and serve as a guide. On plaster installations we require a minimum of one coat of pimer sealer prior to installation and make sure that the surface is clean, smooth, dry, flat and structurally sound otherwise you adhesion issues will occur. Once again we would want to apologize for this experience and know that our customer service team is always here to help.

Hi Henry! Thank you for sharing your feedback and we're sorry your experience did not match your expectations. However, upon checking this order number, it seems this is not for carton order but for sample order only. Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any further comments, or concerns, you wish to share. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance.

Hello and thank you for the review and feedback. We'd take this back to the team as we always strive to improve both on our services and products we offer. Please feel free to reach out for any questions or concerns you may have.
