The quality, finishing, and prices of their own lines of watches improve exponentially with each new release. The finishing literally rivaling that of similar brand San Martin as well as of many Swiss watch brands like Hamilton and Tissot. I’ve collected several of Watchdives latest releases because the look, build, finishing, and quality make the purchases an easy decision. And customer service is always quick and helpful.
Bought a watch-dives 16500
Bought a watch-dives 16500, watch is ok but made the mistake of ordering the divers clasp to go with it.i tried to fit the clasp to the watch bracelet and found that the screw pins for the original clasp do not fit divers clasp. Its not a lot of money but really annoying. Have tried to get the proper screw pins but all they send me is the push pins. Have now been offered the screw pins to fit if I order another watch! So don't bother ordering another clasp as they don't send you the corresponding screw pins that fit the new clasp.

watchdives is generally reliable for purchases. their after sales service when it comes to warranties, however, is extremely unreliable. it is a gamble ordering a watch because of Quality Control inconsistencies. I understand it is expensive to handle warranty issues, but the solution is to make sure QC is stellar before shipping.

Excellent transaction in all ways. Great communication. Very helpful and quick responses. SUPER FAST delivery. I opted to pay just $3 US additional for fast postage and the order made it to AU in a matter of days! Both watches were exactly as expected, but the WD1016 in particular is an outstanding piece. Great heft, superb finishing, a great size at 37mm (for my 7.25" wrist) beautiful dial and crystal (I ordered sapphire). I like the new Logo and the uncluttered dial. Great prices. I'll definitely buy from Watchdives again.
