Great service orientation

After i inquired on the website i immediately got in touch with an onboarding person on whatsapp who offered to have a call. he explained everything clearly and gave some credit to test out their sourcing, which i did. all the while he created a whatsapp group of support folks who would help me almost real-time.

I recently used wefulfil dropshipping for my shopify store, and I must say I am thoroughly disappointed. The service was subpar, and the product did not meet my expectations at all. Firstly, the customer service was atrocious. It took ages to get a response, and when I finally did, the representative seemed disinterested and provided little help. It felt like they couldn't care less about my concerns. Secondly, the product itself was of low quality. It was not as described on the website. The packaging was shoddy, and it seemed like no effort was put into ensuring the product's safety during transit. Overall, my experience with wefulfil was nothing short of a nightmare. I expected much better from a company with their reputation. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again and will be warning others to steer clear.

Firstly I want to say our wefulfil company don't has any dropshipping business in the Philippines If it's just because you weren't paid your full salary that make you you maliciously slander us, then I'm sorry. I need to explain to you While we value the efforts you've put into editing products for our platform, it's crucial to ensure that the quality meets our standards. Our priority is to deliver the best possible service to our clients, which includes providing them with high-quality images to aid in their product sales. During your one-month training period, despite our best efforts to support your growth, we found that the images you produced did not meet the necessary criteria. This included basic requirements such as image dimensions, which are vital for our clients' presentation needs. It's important for us to maintain consistency and excellence in the content we provide to our customers. As a result, we made the difficult decision to part ways with you. For all employees who complete the work, we pay all wages on time.However, we still recognize the time and effort you dedicated to your work, which is why we offered a payment of $287 as compensation for your services, along with an additional $50 as a severance package. We hope this demonstrates our commitment to fair treatment of our employees, even in difficult circumstances. Moving forward, we will continue to uphold our standards of quality and professionalism to ensure the satisfaction of both our clients and our team members. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

I had a wonderful experience with WF, and Reena made it even better! She was super helpful and patient, making sure I got everything set up smoothly. If you need an app with great support, this is it! Unfortunately, I'm not able to use their services because of my items. I would have loved to have worked with them.
