Our installation crews operate within an 8 to 10am arrival window depending on traffic and job routing. We apologize if that was not communicated as clearly as it should have been. Regarding the inspector visit, that timing is unfortunately outside of our control, and we are sorry that it created a situation where the project could not be wrapped up today as planned. We know that is not what you were counting on. Your return appointment is confirmed and our team will be back Monday to complete everything. We genuinely want to make sure you feel taken care of through the finish line. Was there anything discussed during your pre-install consultation regarding the arrival window or inspection process that felt unclear at the time?
