The tables are very nice. They were fairly easy putting together. We bought 3 so they got easier as we put them together. We had some shipping challenges but felt that customer service gave us updates as they heard from the shipping company. It was worth the wait though. We are very happy with the tables
Live edge table is nothing but a cheap slab of poorly and unevenly stained wood. It is not live edge and looks nothing like the images on the website. Table arrived with no legs or instructions. This company is a scam. Website was pretty clever at hiding this furniture was coming from China.
Update - table legs came in a separate shipment and was not included in tracking info. One item got lost in shipment and customer service was very helpful in refunding my money. Items very very easy to assemble.
Shipping took well over a month. Shelves are very cheap looking and poorly manufactured. Hardware doesn't match up and all 4 shelves of same kind are different with measurements way off. Not worth the money or time.
I bought the “ Scandinavian-Inspired Solid Wood Bookshelf, Storage Shelving Unit” from them a couple months ago. It arrived after a few weeks and it looked nothing like their website product photos. I looked at them more closely and they are all AI generated.
The actual piece is so crooked and badly pot together that I wouldn’t even put it in my garage as storage.

Buyer Beware – Quality and Customer Service Issues
I ordered two 56" live-edge floating shelves from Woodartdeal and hired a professional installer to mount them.
The installation could not be completed because the hidden bracket channels were not aligned consistently between the two shelves. After taking detailed measurements and photos, it became clear that the bracket placements were completely off center. Also, the placement of the mounting channels varied significantly, and one shelf appeared to have been routed in the opposite orientation of the other.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that slight variations can occur because the shelves are handcrafted. I understand and expect natural variations in live-edge wood. However, this was not a cosmetic issue with the wood itself—it was a functional issue with the mounting system that prevented installation.
I provided measurements, photos, and additional information requested by the company. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter directly, I was unable to obtain a satisfactory solution. They repeatedly ignored my request to enact their 30-day "hassle-free" guarantee. It was a big hassle that has taken months. I ultimately disputed the charge through my bank, and they ruled in my favor and reimbursed me.
If you are considering purchasing floating shelves from this company, I would recommend carefully inspecting the bracket layout and mounting channels before scheduling installation.
I bought a large bar table from Woodartdeal - they were willing to customize the size and the wood stain for me. It came out great!
Like most people ordering a large, heavy, expensive item from another country, I initially had my concerns. I sent Woodartdeal an email - asked a few questions, and they wrote me back within 24 hours. Since they were providing a custom project, we had several rounds of communication. Their responses were always prompt, friendly, and they never made me feel like I was annoying them.
Ultimately they sent me a custom order link to purchase the item. They told me it would be 2 weeks production time and 4 weeks shipping (6 weeks total) - it arrived in only 5 weeks. There was no strange hand-off from the boat to the local carrier, no extra fees or coordination - the item was simply delivered without hassle. The table was shipped in 2 well-packaged boxes, no damage, reasonable assembly.

Live Edge Solid Wood Shelves not Live Edge or Solid Wood
Ordered live-edge shelves. Was told they’d be shipping from the US warehouse, then received shipping confirmation from Shenzen. Tried to cancel and was told that the item had already left the warehouse and there was no way to intercept, and that I would need to pay for a return. The shelves arrived damaged and were absolutely not live edge or real wood. Customer service was no help, sent several emails that I am very confident were AI generated, and refused to issue a pre-paid shipping label. I was able to dispute with my credit card, and received an email from someone claiming to be a customer service agent begging me to send them money through a new link, and stating that they’d likely lose their job if I didn’t. Nothing but hassle, lies and scamming.
First off, I never leave reviews but I’m beyond frustrated. Horrible, horrible, horrible company!!! Received a damaged product with crushed edges on the wood bench and the benches holes do not align so it can not assembled properly.
I’m now on my 8th email with them fighting to return the bench. They had the audacity to suggest that I take it to a local repair shop and they would reimburse me. DO NOT BUY ANYTIING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had read the reviews first before purchasing, lesson learned.
Firstly, their product is cheap and the wood fabricated and unnatural looking. Second, they sent the wrong hardware and refused to correct it. Third, if you want to return/refund-they try to get you to ship it back to China. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It's a huge scam.
I know they get some bad reviews. And I never leave reviews for anything. But they shipped my table in the timeframe that makes sense from China to my door. The table arrived well packaged, in good condition, and precisely what I expected when it arrived.

The metal stay is super thin (like dangerous) galvanized metal. There is nothing rustic, hand made, or real wood about it. The company is a total scan. They post pictures, that they likely steal from actual artist sites, and then ship you garbage items that look like they're from Alibaba, selling for $18. In their customer service responses, they continue to emphasize that they are artisan handmade. They encourage you to assemble the item and offer a 10% discount if you keep it. When you want to return it, they may give you an address, but you will have to pay shipping to China. That will likely run you another $50. They claim they will refund your money after inspection, but I have zero confidence that they will do so.

I contacted Woodartdeal on Black Friday 2025. I knew I wanted floating shelves but didn’t know much else, so I Googled floating shelves and they came up. I emailed and asked if ordered shelves would they be to me by Christmas. I was unaware they were in China or I wouldn’t have even bothered. They told me I’d have them in two weeks, so I put in an order. Around 12/18, I emailed for a status and they hadn’t shipped yet. I was annoyed. I told them to cancel the order and I’d find someone else. Then they replied they had been shipped and I had to wait to receive them first before they could be cancelled. They promised they’d send a return shipping label if I accepted the package when it arrived. Fast forward to February and these shoddy shelves arrived. Poor quality. Not real wood. They started offering me stupid money (read very little) to keep them. I refused. Then they said I’d have to pay shipping. I refused and send them their email saying they’d send a return shipping label. Then they said they needed a break after working Christmas and New Years and there’d be no one in the office until March who could authorize a return label. I sent them multiple emails in March and they never replied. BEWARE BEWARE. Try Nook Woodworking instead. Lovely shelves and good value.
Update; they just replied to my review with more lies. They haven’t engaged with me since January. I demanded a refund, sent a ridiculous number of pictures showing that the product was still in the box and ready to be sent. They never sent me return information. Ever. They wanted me to pay for it even though their return policy said they would. I can’t remember when but months ago I threw their crap out and got shelves from Nook Woodworking. Haven’t looked back.

Don't buy from this business. I ordered an end table based off the description and picture on their website. When it arrived 7 weeks later it was nothing like the picture or description. For example, there was a metal strip that was supposed to be black and antique-looking but instead was shiny silver and so thin it is razor sharp and would be a danger to use in my home. When I contacted their customer service, I was sent a form letter in which they didn't bother changing the name, so it was addressed to the last person who received it, and they didn't change the product name so it talked about a dining room table. They did not address my concerns and insulted me by telling me to keep the end table that I do not want, and because they are concerned about my satisfaction they will give me a 10% refund. I would like honesty from this company, both in their portrayal of their goods and in their customer service. A total waste of money and energy.

We ordered a live edge bar table. I originally ordered the wrong leg height, and contacted the company a couple of days after the order, they were quick to respond and adjusted the order. It took a few weeks to ship, but I expected that and communication around shipping was great! When it arrived, it was beautiful, just like the picture on line. live edge looks amazing. Very solid product, and the holes to mount the legs were pre-drilled perfectly.
Do not buy, this is a scam. Description claims that it is solid wood but it is flimsy plywood. Also, I ordered 1/31/26 and didn't receive my item until 3/12/26 as it was shipped internationally. Item was also damaged upon arrival and the instructions were in a different language with no English option.
