Complete Scam non existent costumer service

I have ordered the wowgo E3 2weeks ago ( said it would take 2-7 days) haven't gotten any response from the customer service I called the number they have on the site and nobody replies. I contacted customer support Who isn't responding to any emails I have sent they just took my money and ran. I can't even ask for refund because there isn't a any way to contact them . This should have been my First purchase of an electric skateboard and it's been terrible. I have spent 30$ for shipping and 15$ dollars for the protection and it was a total scam

Wowgo Electric Skateboard Owner

I bought a used Wowgo AT2 electric skateboard from a seller on Facebook and I am absolutely in LOVE with this thing!! I am in my mid 40's but have as much fun as when in my 20's. This board will endure all types of terrain and haul me around no problem. I can even put my 60 pound daughter on my back and cruise the same paths. Being that the board was used it was way past the arm of its original warranty offered by the company. This made no difference when reaching out to both the Wowgo customer service and technical teams. They answered my questions, provided support and guided me when necessary. The clincher for me was when I was at a low point (my dog had just died, I was having trouble with my board, and had work related issues) and they helped me get riding again. If you are on the fence about buying a Wowgo, go for it!!!

I’ve been riding the AT2 for over 2 years now and have put more than 7,000 km on it. I’m really impressed with how well the board has held up and it still performs flawlessly. Plus, the customer service at WowGo has been top-notch throughout.

Honest review from Aarhus. Denmark. I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure if I would get my board after reading a lot of negative reviews about the company. I bought it the 13th of August, wrote them on the 19th because nothing has happened with the tracking, and they replied the day after, apologised for the inconvenience - which was really nice. They needed to restock their EU warehouse, and two weeks later it arrived. Ive only been riding for a day now, but wow it's a quality board I can say for sure (been longboarding for 12 years now - not electric though. Service and response time: superb! Delivery: not so good Quality: amazing, so far

Bad quality worse support

I bought 2 Boards and both died with in 500km and Max half a year. Always the battery. The Support told me it's my fault

Scammers

I’m shocked they are still in business. They can’t keep any promise, their communication is terrible and they just keep lying. Weeks later, no product and no refund. Avoid at all costs!

Very very bad!

Absolutely the worst experience I have had. Customer service answers just what they want and not what they were asked. Board never arrived. Always different excusee. I am wondering how do they even exist. And pretty sure most of positive comments here are written by themselves…

Liars, very unprofessional!

Whoever behind this, they just a terrible, untrustworthy company. They try cheat you out of your money, saying on website it’s in stock. But oh no, they got nothing and always same excuses, customs delay or something. When things go wrong, they stop responding and act very unprofessional. Just avoid them.

So i order my board on Juli 12 and the board was supposed to come in 2-7 workdays. It have been more than a month. Every week they are saying "it's gonna be ready on friday" but it never was. Don't order from them, i don't even know if the board is in Europe yet. This is a scam. Asked for a refund they said they'll give a 10 usd discount. Wow what am i gonna do with that? Buy myself a new vaccation where i wanted to use the board. Just don't buy from them they lie.

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience - Avoid WowGo I ordered an electric skateboard from WowGo expecting delivery in 2-7 days as advertised. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received the product. The company has repeatedly delayed the shipment and refuses to issue a refund unless I cancel my PayPal dispute, which is against policy. The lack of communication and professionalism is terrible. I strongly advise against wowgo!

The Best Board you cant ride

I bought a Board from them on the 11 of July and their Shop listed a Delivery Time of 2-7 Business days. To this day the Order status ist stuck at "Order Confirmed" and their Support Claims their having "customes Clearance issues", wich i dont believe any longer. Reddit ist full of Peoples having the Same experience. As far as i can Tell their lying on their website regarding estimated shipping time and the Customer Support ist lying because No Container ist stuck in customes clearance for three Weeks. Makes me Not feel great about using their product in Traffic. If their not telling the truth about these things i dont feel like beleving their Performance specs they list for their products and it makes me seriously question the Engineering Standard that went into designing and manufacturing their Products. And even If the Product was great, the best Board you can ride ist the one that actually gets delivered to you. And this Company hast No such Boards.
