I have other e- boards and Wowgo makes a pretty solid product. As well the customer service is pretty legit. Other board companies, not so much. Good board, good customer service. What more can I ask for?

Loving my Pioneer 4

Got my second Wowgo board few months ago, the Pioneer 4, on top of my Mini first version still running well. Great battery, silence with the hub motor. It’s a perfect compromise if you dont want a heavy board in a city. Keep the good work Wowgo!

Board died after few month

I bought a wowgo 3 electric longboard. 8 months after normal usage, the board stopped during a ride for no specific reason. Since then I have a rapid red blink of the power button, the board won’t turn on. I contacted the customer service who said I should change the battery which costs 200€, of course the battery part has a 6 months warranty only. Now it’s just sitting there with no use and a waste of money. What a disappointment.

I'm having a lot of problems with this…

I'm having a lot of problems with this board and the costumer service is not helping... After one month one of my motors was dead, after 2 months they send me another one witch I can't change the wheel because the screws are to tight. So I can't ride anymore.

Late refund

I finally got my refund 3 weeks after the confirmation, when they told me I will need to wait 7-14 days. I honestly didn't have the chance to test the board, so I can't judge that side, but the customer experience was poor, misleading and stressful for me.

Poor Customer Service and Quality

My son used the board for one summer and it stopped charging. Its been 3 months of working with customer service to get nowhere. They replied asking me to email again. Been working with them for now 4 months and no progress.

They try and make you give a good review

I ordered a Wowgo 3X. Only to be told that they could not deliver it to where I am living. They then said that they could ship it from China by sea. It would "30-35" days. I am now trying to get a refund, and it is going to take 7-15 days to get a refund. They said that they would need their marketing team, logistics team, customer service team, and financial team. Once I have finally gotten my money ( 10 days by the way). They have asked for me to remove my bad review, which I have decided to not do, because of the terrible customer service.

Absolutely the worst customer service

Absolutely the worst customer service. Good luck getting someone to talk to or an issue resolved. Sent me an email "Get your order by Christmas" (in 5 days) but yet my order from A WEEK AGO hasn't even shipped. Not to mention they charge 70 DOLLARS for replacement remotes because theyre FRAGILE. Will not use wowgo again.

Slow shipping and customer service

Recently bought a Wowgo 3E with the 2-7 days shipping. When a whole week passed by without them even sending the board I wrote that I felt disappointed as they had also lowered the price of the board in that time. To be fair they said that they were having trouble with customs, but this was some information that I would have liked beforehand and they completely ignored the part of the mail regarding the new lowered price. I then told them to please cancel my order and that I had made up my mind. Only then did they try to offer me the discounted difference back, instead of cancelling my order like I told them to twice in the email. I now have to wait another day for them to respond to my mail even tho I responded within seconds as it seems that 1 email per day is their limit. I really like their boards but I cannot stand by a company that keeps you in the dark and will only help you when you try to cancel the order.

Delivery times

I do get good help from the support, but what ever you do, do not buy extra fast shipping cause it wont go faster i paid for extra fast shipping (2-7 days) the board came over 30 bussnines days later. Then i orderd a new battery i asked the support how long it would take they said 7-15 bussnines days its now over 20 still havnt got it. Only giving one star cause they have been good at the online support. Been 2 months now still haven't got the battery, apparently still problems with customs! Update: Finally got it on Dec 18, just about 3 months late!

Shipping hickup, but great board!

Warning, it says on the website that shipping will take 2-7 days. This is AFTER they actually ship the board. In my Case it alzo rook a week to ship it to me. But when I got the board it was perfect. I own the board for a month now and already have ridden it 500 kilometers. I defelinetely plan on buying again from WowGo.

Relieved at their consistency!

When looking for the right electric skateboard to purchase, a big concern was customer service if anything were to happen to the board. My battery recently died and I am very happy I did not go to a different servicer to repair my board. Wowgo customer service consistently responded to my emails, usually a day or two later. Though I wish it was immediate, it's understandable that they likely have many other service calls. The Wowgomini 2 was very easy to disassemble and customer service asked me to provide video of the battery and interior. Customer service then provided instructions on how to test the board myself, verifying the issue and what to purchase for repairs. Now I might as well put it all back together myself. No need to pay someone else to do it. One point of improvement is that I wish all the instructions and guidance came at once, rather than one step per email response. But wowgo customer service was reliable and helpful. With some patience, at the end of it, they provided a discount to go along with the battery I needed. I'm very happy with the customer service with Wowgo and relieved that it wasn't a nightmare story for reddit.

Amazing Board and Support Service

Amazing board, never used a board or skate in my life and this is amazing as a first and long-term board. Had some issues with the ESC after ~2 months of use, but hats off to the support team especially Ron, he helped me out on replacing the parts and also quick response time. The Pneumatic and Cloud Wheels are worth every penny❤️

I love this board!!

I love this board!!! The battery specs price per point is totally 10 out of 10. Having 345 wh will allow for a HUGE amount of power that will be way to fast for most people.. Only con is I have gone through multiple wheel sleeves just hitting normal cracks on a bike trail. Its a super easy fix. Which they have no prob with their great warranty. I just think the power of the boards has got kinda wild and going 28 mph over normal cracks on the road just cracks the plastic inside the wheels. The customer service is great 10/10 My experience is on the pioneer 4. Shipping was fast.

WOWGO - The best electric skateboards i the world

I have bought the WowGo 2S MAX for my son and his skateboard beats all his friends’ boards in performance. The range is incredible, and it is superfast, has a great torque, even on step hills and inclimbs, and the remote control is responding instantly and is very easy to use. Besides that the board has a super-cool design. WowGo delivered the skate board from the US to Denmark within the timerange they promissed. So what's not to like!!! ? We will recommend WowGo 2S MAX anytime. Thanks to WowGo for making the best electric skateboards i the world!!!

Not a trustworthy company. Be ware.

wowgo is a scam, they dont deliver ordered procucts and they lie to clients in customer support frequently. my experience is I ordered a board one month ago, shipping have been delayed since then with the same comment every time "we will ship it next week" after 3 weeks my bank froze the payment since the product was not recived yet and wowgo responds with refusing to ship the product untill "the dispute is closed" but the only way for me to close the dispute is by confirming that I recived the product. so far wowgo have 20% of the total money I should pay, I dont have my longboard and I have no idea how to move foward. on the way wowgo also offered me 30dollar value from their cite if I change my 1 star review to a 5 star revew. that happened 1h after I posted a review when they refused to compensate me for the currently 2 weeks delayed delivery. now we are at 4 weeks delay and refusal to deliver my product due to my bank refusing to pay an undelivered product as part of their fraud protection... avoid this company.

Bad shipping and customers service

I purchased a board on July22 and opted in for the air shipping as nothing else was available and was told a time frame from 20-40 days. Understandable as it's coming from over seas. The next day there's a option for land shipping so I asked about that and if I was able to get it since it was just the next day. Mind you when I put the same board in my cart and do the land shipping was 0$ for the land shipping. I was told by wowgo it would be 80$ for the land shipping. I said no thank you I'll wait. I was suspicious since doing it that way showed free but ok. So a few days go buy and there's just a shipping lab created and no update. (I've never had anything like this shipped so I didn't know) I ask about that and was told once it's in the states it will update. Fast forward to two days ago. I inquired about what was got on with shipping and was flat out told they never ship it because I didn't respond to emails about the upgradees in shipping. I never once received a email, only the messages back and forth on the website and clearly stated I was ok with the air shipping. How can a company just put right not ship a product because the custom didn't want to upgrade. I should have read the reviews about shipping issues before ordering. I filed a claim with PayPal and was able to be refunded.
