I’ve bought 8 electric skateboards from various companies and after buying the wowgo AT2 and owning it for a few years I bought an AT2 plus. I only ride my wowgo’s, they are BY FAR the best, and their customer service is amazing, had a warranty issue and no stress or problems getting help from them. I highly recommend
Horrible battery. They claim their battery compartment can withstand a little bit of water but that is completely false. My son had his board for only 4 days. Rode it home in light rain, no puddles and battery showed deep red on their sticker. When we requested a refund or replacement battery they only offered us a 40% discount on the battery. This is after paying 400 dollars for the board and it only lasted 4 days of riding. Do not buy from this company!!!!!
The sticker on top of your battery has turned red and is a deep red color, meaning that your battery is not a little bit watered, but very much watered.
I really liked the product, I think it fit me perfectly, because I love to walk around, and the skateboard reaches great speeds. Now it's my favorite hobby. I had a small problem with the battery, and the maintenance and help team was super attentive and fast, they solved my problem quickly and didn't charge me anything for it. When I buy a product, one of the main factors for me is customer support, and I have nothing to complain about the company. Great product, great customer service, I'm very satisfied.
My son had his board for 5 days and rode his board after it rained, not through puddles, just riding on the sidewalk trying to get home. After this, would no longer hold a charge. We were told to look at the sticker and see if it was red, which it was and was told we could not exchange the battery as it was not covered under warranty. How does a company that makes a product designed to be used outside not make the battery compartment more waterproof. Do not buy this product!!!
Our board has a waterproof function, but it's not 100% waterproof, it can protect the board from accidentally small splashing water. We don't recommend you ride it in the rain or wet environment since the electric components are very fragile.
DO NOT believe the information on the website. I bought a skateboard with delivery to Spain in 2-7 days (the web said it had stock in Europe), two weeks later they still hadn't even shipped the skateboard, there wasn't even a tracking number. I talked to them and they told me they would send it this week, a few days went by and they couldn't fulfill any of the commitments. I canceled the purchase because this company does not comply with what it says, so I don't want to pay to see when there is a problem with their products.
We are so sorry for the delay, so so sorry foe keeping waiting and let you down. Because the boards were shipped internationally, they did not arrive at the EU warehouse at the time we expected.
Great company, got my order to Denmark within 1 week from ordering, all came in perfect condition. The longboard (Pioneer X4) is amazing and ride super smooth, very happy about the choice. Also, I could notice a defect on my Longboard Grip and I manage to contact wowgo, got an answer and a fixing solution within a day. Highly recommended.
Honest review here. I bought my WowGo as a first time rider and I've had my share of wipeouts and experiences. I've had two of my hub motors give out on me which is annoying but the customer service representatives have been so unbelievably helpful with sending me new ones that they're good in my books. I'll be recommending this company to all my friends
I bought a Wowgo board for my brithday and I have never been happier. The board is so comfortable even on bad roads. The acceleration on the board is most definitely my favorite part. It is so agile and even the breaks are super responsive. The customer team was quick to act when I had a minor issue with my board. Kylie from wowgo customer service has been so very helpful. I am considering purchasing one of the off road boards from wowgo. Wowgo is the only way to go!
Although I had a problem early on with my board and thus had a rocky start, the customer service was phenomenal. Kylie was extremely attentive and always tried her best to bring a solution to my issue. Through communication with her, we managed to asses that the problem was due to a malfunctioning battery, and the team quickly sent over a new one. The new battery works well, and I have not had any issues with it since I received it a week ago. Perhaps this was a one in a thousand case where the battery is defective, but regardless the team was present to support and bring a solution, and none of it as an additional expense to me. I definitely recommend the company: love the board, great attention to the customer, and tremendous service. Thank you Kylie. It is fair to say I remained a customer thanks to her.
I made over 4000 km with AT2 and i am very happy with it. Also the customer service is very good. They always helped me when i need. I would suggest this brand to my firends for sure :)
My Wowgo 3 board was having some motor difficulties. I contacted Wowgo customer service to see if they could help. They sent me video resources along with how to problem-solve what was going on. They helped me isolate the problem to a hub motor that needs replacement and what part I needed. Very helpful!
I bought a Wowgo AT2 Plus in March this year. I've used it to commute the 5kms to work almost every day. I still get a genuine rush every time i ride it, some days i go into work (instead of working from home) just as an excuse to ride. It's my first electric skateboard and would definitely recommend for anyone who has done a bit of normal skating or snowboarding/surfing. It didn't take me long to get the hang riding both regular and switch and the high top speed means i'm yet to get bored. Additionally, i've been really impressed with the WowGo customer service. I had some problems with the lights that I ordered with the board, but replacement ones were shipped as soon as i shot through a video of them not working (thanks heaps Ron!). All round, really happy with my experience buying the WowGo AT2 plus. It's been planting a smile on my face every day :)

This board is amazing! I have the 105 mm wheels and I've ridden it over 200 miles over a couple months on paved paths in Boulder and Aspen, CO and it has performed brilliantly. My favorite things about the board are the speed, handling, and how stealthy quiet it is. I use the Turbo speed mode and the acceleration is great and it powers through hills and brakes well. I get good range and have ridden over 12 miles many times on hilly terrain (granted I'm only 160 lbs). You can't beat the price / performance of this board! Highly recommend!
I couldn’t change the wheel on my board and the company plans to replace the motor and similar parts which I really appreciated. I will say that it took a few tries to get a response and the communication was slow but if the parts come as promised I am very happy with the result
Hi I enjoy riding a Wowgo 2S Max very much. When I recieved it I noticed some play in one hubmotor. I decided to see how it would play out, and it began to make a bit of noise. So I contacted customer service, and got a response the same afternoon. They send me a new hubmotor and it would arrive in 10-20 workdays. The next week it was already in my mailbox. Wonderful product and wonderful service. Chapeau WowGo.
Hi, I just got my S2 MAX e-skate. it is really very good, the power is perfect for climbing the many hills around my house. the customer relationship is very good, I received answers to my emails each time to know tracking of my board, thank you Wowgo
Recently had an issue with the battery on my wowgo 2s max. After contacting customer support they responded within 8-12 hours within receiving my message and helped me with my situation. In the end they ended up sending me a new battery and taking care of this situation very fast!
Really like the Quality of their boards. Support is also very Good.
