We had an issue with the board that I had just purchased for my children. I reached out through email and someone got back to me that night. They have resolved my issue and are sending new parts out so it could be fixed. Great support from WOWGO boards.

Personally, I love my WowGo board. I have been skateboarding, surfing, and snowboarding all my life. I chose the WowGo Mini 2 because it is small and is similar to a regular street skateboard. Before receiving my board, I wasn't sure if it was worth the price. But after one day of using the board, I was so glad I bought it. I am a student and my board is the best way to get around campus. Not only is it extremely efficient, it is so much fun to ride. And I love the way the board looks, especially compared to other electric skateboards. Sadly, my board was stolen, and that is when I realized what I was missing. Walking across campus never felt so slow. I didn't hesitate to order a replacement. The board saves me a tremendous amount of time every day and is therefore worth every penny to me. For me, customer service has been excellent and very kind. This product has truly changed my life for the better.
I made a mistake when I ordered a product from WowGo.. I simply reached out to them with an email to see what was possible. Very kind, fast and helping communication from WowGo and we found a good solution! I bought a AT2+ board from WowGo.. The board is awesome (been a week I have it) and the warranty is 365 days! Great customer experience for me!

Over the summer, I cracked my skateboard and damaged one my trucks. I reached out to Wowgo to see if they had any replacement parts... they did!... after I ordered it, I got my shipment within 1 week and I was able to fix my board back to good as new! This is a great board!!!! The board and everything on it is great quality. Being a 210lbs 6'3" man the motors are able to launch me up to 30mph and then quickly stop in 10-20 yard range DOWN HILL. I am on a college campus with so many hill and cracks and this thing crushes all of it. I defentily suggest wowgo and my 2s max has been a great addition to my college life.
The WowGo AT2 was my first electric longboard. 18 months later, I have a couple more. With 1800 miles ridden on the AT2, it remains my favorite. Customer service has been easy and great to work with. In warranty, I had a couple of parts break and they promptly send me new ones. Out of warranty, I've asked them questions and they've been prompt to respond, and very helpful. If my AT2 wasn't still going strong, I would definitely buy the newer AT2+!
Many folks recommended wowgo for a first board and I have to agree now that I've had mine for a few months. Great build quality, easy to ride and delivery was transparent with updates.
I’ve had to talk to customer service A fair amount of time is not due to any mail function of the product but me not knowing much about forwards as this was my first outing and they were always very informative and help solve the problem as quick as possible
Yeah its been awsome, really well built has done a lot of off road as well as foot paths. nice and smooth, only had a remote break apart once but that was my fault.

The board (wowgo 3) works great! Good quality. The support team is ok, but it takes some time to get answer to all your questions since they sometimes just answer some of them. Would recomend wowgo tho
Wowgo Customer service has been great. I have the AT2 and one of my motors started failing and wowgo sent me a new one. After that the braking system was starting to mess up they sent me a new esc. Thanks to wowgo I can continue to ride. I really love my at2

I've been using wowgo 2s max for around 9 months now and it awesome. There hasn't been any problems at all and customer service is great because they reply to me 5 minute after I message them. I used the board every day as a transportation and I'm glad that I bought this 2s max.
