I bought a WowGo AT2 about a year ago as a replacement for my cheaper AT board and the difference in quality was night and day; the WowGo AT2 is an awesome unit that is well designed and built to last. I recently replaced my remote and I cannot say enough good things about their customer service - buy with confidence; buy WowGo.
Ordered a 2S Pro half a year ago - what an amazing board. Fast shipping, great quality so far. Carried me through lots of travel on campus and no signs of wearing yet even though it's a daily driver. In terms of customer service, the wowgo team is amazing too: they respond very fast, work with you to solve problems/answer questions, and are very accommodating. Definitely recommend for an awesome eskate package and know that you're supporting a great company too
Very disappointed. WOrked for only about 3 -4 months, then battery caught on fire charging. There was no notification or anything I applied for a warranty and customer service asks me to open up battery case. I do. They said the battery is showing red & this means it's wet & not covered under warranty. Am I supposed to guess it's wet open the case every time I charge it? It was always stored inside, I didn't drive through puddles-why did water get into battery chassis if not defective. Why not honour warranty-it's discount pricing relative to specs for a reaason-low quality & do not honour 6 month warranty. If yours breaks under warranty-please respond the same if you are given the same treatment (I think battery sticker always red but I could be mistaken).
Really comfortable ride with plenty of speed, and pretty good battery life with the WowGo 2S Max. Initially I had an issue changing the wheel sleeve off the hub motor. I have contacted the WowGo support team and they said they will send me a new hub motor due to this, after countless videos of me sending to them and demonstrating that I couldn't pull it off - I am really pleased with this outcome. Big thank you to Ron and Phyllis from the WowGo support team, they have been really helpful after they diagnosed the issue and helped me wherever they could. 10/10 service!
Terrible customer service! I like the boards and purchased one for my son. The delivery take forever!! They don't tell you it's sent from China! His remote died after one week and i have been trying to work with them to get it replaced. ZERO response!! You CANNOT talk to them. I've sent nuberous emails with NOTHING back. All I want is to get this replaced and they don't care! I cant believe how they treat customers. NO HELP AT ALL!
Hi, just wanted to tell a little bit about my experience with Wowgo. I have a wowgo 3 board, which I have been happy with until now. My hub motors have had the following problems: rattling bearing on one of the motors, stuck hub motor sleeves that are only some mouths old and rattling hub motor sleeve. I contacted the support via email, regarding my issues. The support didn't be to any help, and wanted me to buy some new motors with just a little discount. (10 bucks of each motor) As the hub sleeves aren't that old, and still has these issues, Im quite disappointed. Would not recommend Wowgo if you need a company that has great customer support. I would rather recommend Roadsurfing after my personal experience, as they have good support.

I am soooo happy about my Wowgo at2! I have the big off terrance weels, and that really helps me in my dayli go-to-work trip. The acceleration is super fast, and the turning is very sharp. I have ridden a small electric streetboard befor, and was scared to ride over small stones, now I ride all terran with no problem :)
Just purchased a Wowgo 2s Max, I would say that the board gives me a lot of fun on the street. Wowgo also provides excellent customer service, they respond to your question quickly and are friendly. If you're looking for a budget board, then Wowgo is a really good choice.
Absolutely the BEST skateboard you can get for the money. I have owned a Boosted Board in the past and can say that the WOWGO boards feel as good to ride, but for 1/4 of the price! I would recommend to EVERYONE who would like an electric skateboard. I own a WowGo 2S Pro.
BE CAREFUL YOU WILL LOSE MONEY WITH THEM Here is my bad experience: Wowgo did a special price for the Black Friday: I paid €353.27 for WowGo 2S Pro Electric Skateboard (more than €100 discount!!). After 2 months (yes they had 1 month of delay), they told be there is a "high risk of fraud". So I was refund and I have to reorder! I found that strange but I discovered why: (1) The Black Friday discount vanished! (2) The refund was partial (Wowgo does not want to give my full refund as they told me there is some FEE!!!) So just sum-up: The special Black Friday discount is a LURE! They insulted their customer as FRAUDSTER And finally YOU LOSE MONEY

First, I got the board AT2 off road, super fast delivery, I know it’s the Christmas season, normally will delay, but instead I got the AT2, 14.0Ah in 3 days after I placed the order, so happy 😀😀 The electric skateboard looks very strong and heavy duty, It’s one of the top of the line off road electric skateboard out there. I will use it for everything, work, business, and for fun, it’s my transportation, it’s my car, my electric truck, as you know, now a day the gas price is very high, it’s like buying a new electric car for me, best Christmas gift for myself, and it’s on sale too, in this Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday, I hope I can use it for next 10 years to take care of business I need 😎😎😎😎😎😀😀😀😀 Also, the company have the best customer service, they reply my emails for my questions every time, you can talk to a real person, not an answer machine 😀😀😀 Thanks, Wowgo, I love top of the line skateboard!!
I had a problem with the battery of my wowgo AT2. I explained the problem, filmed and photographed, and communicated with the technical support of the wowgo team. They advised me, led me to more detailed tests, and quickly resolved my battery trouble. I am very satisfied because they have saved me a lot of expenses that I would have with a potential solution without a guarantee. I can only recommend this tag. Because I really value brands that provide reliable service after buying a product.
So there was a massive delay with shipping from their factory in China due to Covid, which I can't really blame them for, but the Wowgo customer service team were genuinely very helpful and considerate. They kept me updated and even provided a gift card to buy some accesories with which was really nice of them. The board itself is fantastic, first one I've owned but having a great time with it and no issues yet. I would say that even without delays the shipping times can be quite intense and still costs a large sum of money, about £70 to get it a month from your order. Either way I was pleased with the service!
Its now officially been 2 months, since ive ordered the board… Still has not arrived.
I recently bought a board (Wowgo 3) and it stopped working unexpectedly. I emailed customer service and they promptly offered some troubleshooting techniques. When those did not work, we came to the conclusion it may be a remote problem. They mailed a new one to me and it has corrected the problem. Great service!
I rarely leave reviews, but I HAVE to leave one for this board. I got the AT2. I honestly think it may have changed my life ツ Exceptional build quality, attention to detail, butter smooth control, perfectly flexing deck, and fantastic riding feel. I’m an amateur, but I do own 5 other boards — all different brands — and the AT2 out-of-the-box blew my mind. I’m going to recommend this board to all my friends. Thank you for taking the time and the thought to engineer such a perfect machine!
These are the definitely the best electric skateboards on the market for the money. After watching many reviews on the 2s Pro, I pulled the trigger and ordered one. It did take 56 days to get to me but that wasn't a surprise as they tell you it will take this long if coming from over seas. It is well worth the wait. The power of these boards is crazy. Smooth acceleration and powerful brakes too. Can easily get up to 20-23 km per charge. I really was blown away by this board.
We bought a board a few month ago, to be delivered to Germany. Unfortunately - even after the follow up with Wowgo - there was no exact delivery date available due to manufacturing time and long delivery time. In the end the order/delivery took several weeks and the package arrived when we were not in Germany a few days. The package disappeared as the delivering company apparently just placed in front of the doorstep accessible for everyone walking by. We contacted Wowgo to solve the problem - as we have paid the full amount of the bill and not received the board. However Wowgo was not able to help us. They mentioned that the delivery company made a mistake and that was all. No offer of a refund or the offer to send a new board for a discounted rate. Now we have no board plus the money is lost. Definitely no fair dealing from the side of Wowgo as most probably the delivery was insured. This is the worst customer service we ever have received by a company and from our experience we can clearly NOT recommend to order anything from Wowgo, as there is no help/customer friendly treatment from the company at all if there is a problem!!!!
