Tianjin Dade Shengshi International Trade Co., Ltd. are a disgrace to the Music Industry. They charge TOP DOLLAR and for that they dispatch TOTAL Crap Frank Huan will Rip you Off at every opportunity charged me $289 for TNT express shipping Door to Door only trouble is he NEVER sent my goods Express and WHEN the goods arrived Over 2 WEEKS LATE he tried to blame Alibaba. Both TNT & Alibaba have confirmed the box of 6 guitars were NEVER sent 'Express' !! When the guitars arrived I began unpacking the guitars 4 Damaged Headstock's No they were not transit damage they were damaged whilst manufacturing and never repaired !!! All the guitars have artificial Rosewood fret boards which are total crap! i x Guitar was unplayable the string action was very very high so there was nothing that my Luthiers could do so 1 guitar consigned to the Garbage Skip. In hindsight it would have been better to have put all the guitars into the Garbage skip !! because when my Luthiers looked at the electrical installations which were just as Bad!! 16K Tone and Volume Pots in all guitars should have been 250K resistance for each Pot.The Ceramic pickups (if one can call them Pickups) only had 3 -3.5 K resistance they should have been 6.5 K minimum so we now have to install BadAss single coil sets to replace the Junk that has been sent to us. In short Tianjin Dade Shengsi International supply very expensive poorly built heaps of garbage and charge you a premium for doing so ! NEVER EVER AGAIN Orin Guitars.

Not a good experience

Not the best platform in terms of functionality etc and sellers often lie about price, quantities and product performance and quality. Alibaba Staff cannot or will not really do anything about someone's complaint, all they say is don't buy from them or send a complaint. I sent a complaint about a seller and never received a reply from Alibaba.

I am Not Happy . Alibaba Talk about Trade assurance but i dint see any support to buyer . it is supporting to seller only . to provide evidence in China so many know sites dint work so how customer will get resolution . i feel that assurance only work whether product received or not else useless.

We used alibaba to purchase 6 bathtubs for our hotel and used the trade assurance programme, which cost extra, to do it thinking it would give us some protection. The bathtubs were shipped with handles that turned the opposite way to what is internationally acceptable. Furthermore, the frames were unstable and poorly made which will result all these tubs having to be replaced within a few years and in the meantime, we have taps that turn the wrong way. Everything was reported within the necessary time frames. Alibaba made a show of communicating with us about it but in the end, said all of these things were our problem. The Trade assurance programme does NOT WORK. Stay away.

Sellers should advice buyer what's in packing would be. Standard item or specifications must tally with contract. Miss date of shipments had to inform. Others Item included with main orders shouldn't be changed the condition of packing or item can transfer with difference box side. Pls advice buyer if both agreed is meet.

Payment through E check although I did…

Payment through E check although I did it correctly got denied even after Alibaba said it went through. Finally had to pay the Credit Card fees which was a waste of my money because there system was inadequate. Almost impossible to contact anyone through the phone and there chat line is insufficient. I will not do business with a business that only works through them it was way easier to just pay the fees and wire the funds as I have don in the past

This is an absolute scam I ordered products some of them were extremely damaged some of them weren't delivered and some of them where they're wrong products I got absolutely no recourse in the company there's absolutely no one there to help you they just give you a run around this company this site is a scam in my opinion

Sorry It wasn't what I was expecting, I was really disappoint with this product, so take really good care by the time you choose one; looks like fancy at the picture but it is far from that. I dont recommend this.

Bad quality from Guangzhou TopStar Technology Co Ltd.

When you are thinking of ordering a bubble wall from China, stay away from Guangzhou TopStar Technology Co Ltd. This is the first time ever I bought something from China and it was the worst experience ever. In June, we sent a video clip to TopStar Guangzhou that we want a bubble wall just like in the video. TopStar Guangzhou claimed they can do it. Unfortunately after the full payment is made, and numerous communication during the production, the final product is nothing close to what we wanted. We were already very disappointed and frustrated then as they demanded additional money if we want the exact same bubble wall like the video we sent them. They are such rip off as they said yes to everything you asked for but change their words and said those are additional programming that we have to pay additional money. We have no choice but to accept what was produced since we have paid US6000 for it. After a long wait for the bubble wall to arrive in Australia, the product does not look like anything worth USD6000. It infuriated us that the bubble wall was with defects! Very poor quality!!Furthermore with the amount we paid for, we didn’t even have a remote control to switch on the lights of the bubble wall. The stupid design does not even have a on off buttons. All the water pump are exposed out. There was no communication of the design of the wall until it is shipped to us. There is no black and white documents to outline the terms and conditions of the sales. The terms are totally unfair to consumers. When we demanded a refund for the defective part of the wall, they ridiculously said they will give us a credit when we make another purchase. What fair trading is there? Why would I still purchase from them when I know their quality is so bad? After I made many complaints to them, they finally gave us a small refund of only USD100! I strongly do not recommend anyone to source anything from China. They have very poor quality control, no customer service and they are very dodgy. Stay away from ordering any electrical products from Guangzhou TopStar Technology Co Ltd.
