We are so sorry to cause this confusion, but it is necessary to insert the battery to a hardboard as the battery is a hazardous product and easy to break during transportation. We don't want to disappoint our customers, you paid a lot of freight but get the damaged prod. Hence we think it is a good way to ship the battery together with the EXIT board.
I did not know that the company is not based in EU and I had to pay additional VAT. However, they reached out and refunded me the VAT which is nice. The battery seems OK. So overall not a bad eperience.

I received the battery very quickly and it works well
I received the battery very quickly and it works well. It is different from the old one i needed to replace but there are two official batteries for this laptop, so it could be installed succesfully.
Battery is working great so far but missing tape and custom fees made the experience slightly annoying.
I bought a new battery for a 4 years old MSI GS60 laptop.
The battery is working great so far.
However, I had to also pay for custom (Around 25 € here in Denmark) and the battery came without the sticker that is usually provided to stick the battery to the laptop case. I had to buy some Polyimide tape myself because the battery was moving in the case if not sticked properly.
Bought batteries for my two labtops on battery-store.eu. The batteries are genuine and works like expected.
Everything about the purchase was fine, however I expected that the package was delivered from another EU country...
It was not, so I had to pay an additional €24 for customs and VAT. Because of that the delivery took app. three weeks.
Perhaps I did not read the fine print, but I searched for items located in Europe, so I didn't think I had to...
Therefore only three stars...
