Revised: Not original battery and additional taxes charged
Revised - Battery store got back to me with reasonable explanation showing real customer centric approach. We were able to partially fix my problems mentioned below. Battery performs just like original one.
Original - Although I ordered battery labeled as Original Lenovo battery I received a product, where all Lenovo labels are blacked out... More over the shipment was supposed to be without additional tax and shipped from EU. The delivery time was horrible (more than 3 weeks) with additional taxes to be paid :-(
The battery is as described, but something is happening with the charging. The charging is not continuous as the one i had before (original), and is still charging continuous but don't last for too long as the new one (yours).
Delivery took longer than expected. Turns out, there was additional tax due, which was quickly reimbursed by the store.

Some parcels will be charged extra VAT, which we can not control, we trust almost buyers can understand that. We ship out the parcel within 48 hours after receiving the order. All the products have been retest before shipping to ensure the performance and steady.
Shipment took quite long time - 2-3 weeks, but that delay was in transport not due to battery-store..

We usually pass the parcels to the logistics company within 48hours after placing the order. But sometimes, we can not control it as the parcel may be delayed due to strict customs inspection and other accidents, thanks for your time and patience.
The website is very misleading: idk if it is in the fineprint, but the package does not (necessarily) come from Europe. The page says quite prominently 2-10 days for most EU countries, and 7-16 days at checkout. People here talk about Covid delays, but I never saw this except for a footnote in a later mail exchange. In the end I waited 2 MONTHS for my battery. Since it came from China, I had to pay import fees and taxes on top, though BatteryStore refunded it partly. However, the customer service was excellent!
Pro: Battery works (maybe not like original, but way better than the dead meat I had); save packaging; good customer support
Cons: Misleading delivery info (origin and time)

The battery works fine so far, however I have the impression, that the original one had a little bit bigger capacity, i.e. I had more battery-time.
But overall I am quite satisfied, that I got the matching replacement battery from you. I would recommend your store and buy again. Your customer service is excellent.

Thanks for your support. All of our products have one year warranty, you may contact us freely if there is any quality problem during the warranty. You will get a new replacement battery instead of repair during the guarantee period.
Nice to have a shop like this where I can order and deal with battery use as a customer instead of being over-charged by repair stores.
Delivery time was accurate and honest in light of the COVID pandemic.

We are so sorry for the delay. Rechargeable batteries have hazardous metals in them, now the customs investigate batteries very strictly, so during which all orders including batteries may be delayed. Now the normal best way is 7-16working days, we noted that we dispatched the goods on 05 June and you signed on 22 June, it is normal delayed one week under current situation, thanks for your patience.

Even if we retest it before shipping and sure 100% in good condition, We can't avoid a few products are scratched on the surface or damaged during transportation.
