Helpful Custom Service, but partly incorrect information
I have no experience with the product yet. I trust it will be okay.
Unfortunately, the information provided on the website regarding transport and payment of customs duties does not correspond to reality. In my case, for the first time, unfortunately (21 days after ordering) I received the wrong product (because something went wrong with the order), so the correct product only arrived on 1st June. I had to pay duty again and the delivery took 24 days this time even though the promise was duty-free 3-5-day delivery.
I only give it 3 stars and no less because even though the store says I placed the order incorrectly (which I questioned based on my Google’s browsing data), they still sent me the right product - except for duty - at no extra charge and the "Custom Service" was kind and helpful.
So overall, the product got to me 15-20% more expensive in almost 2 months.

Edited: Ordered battery on 15.02.2022 and paid extra for express shipping. Received battery on 22.03.2022, but battery didn't work.
Contacted seller and they sent replacement, received replacement on 05.05.2022., this time battery works.

The battery seems very good. I was waiting 2 weeks for delivery, and when it arrived I was charged customs tax before I could collect it from post office. Company has offered to refund tax if I leave an honest review.

Something went wrong in the instalation and can´t use the battery mesurement charge in the lap, maybe you should have to purchase the original one from hp that has a circuit programed for that. Battery capacity 3 and a half hours of heavy work, the service and shipment very good.

It took one or two days more to receive my replacement battery, but honestly, with the pandemic situation this is quite understandable.
Other than that, I got what was advertised and I couldn't find it at other European shops, so props to the battery-store guys for having my rather obscure replacement.
The site however could REALLY use some overhaul UX and UI wise, because it looks and operates like a website from 2005.
I'm really pragmatic when it comes to software and don't care that much about design most of the time, but it took some time to navigate to the sections I wanted and find the product I needed.
All in all, decent site with a specific niche, and if you're from Europe and need to replace your laptop battery, you should check this out!

We ship the parcel from the local warehouse if there is hot sale product. The other parcels will be shipped from Hongkong via postnl or special line. Usually it takes 2-7days from local warehouse and 8-20days from Hongkong warehouse. Any questions about the shipping time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Seller is reliable and a good source to buy some of the items which is rather difficult to find in the market. It was my experience. However, it took somewhat long time to deliver the item. In general the seller is good.
