Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the reliable product quality, highly competitive prices, and exceptionally helpful communication that make finding rare replacement parts completely stress-free. Many buyers consistently mention that online orders arrive securely packaged and perform wonderfully right from the very beginning of use.
Some reviewers were not happy with the delivery times, mentioning that international shipping from overseas locations could occasionally take several weeks to arrive. A few people also noted a temporary lack of detailed tracking information or reported that certain replacement items did not last quite as long as original factory batteries.
To be completely honest, I thought the website was not real, but I was gladly surprised that they ship batteries quite FAST.
Basically, they allow me to get a new battery for my old laptop, and I did not need to spend 800 euros in a new one.
I'd recommend to buy from this website, and to try out to bring old devices back to life with a new battery!

Battery pack for CHUWI ubook x cwi535 arrived well packaged and was looking well made.
It looks almost identical to the original battery model.
Unforunately something is wrong with the replacement battery, the laptop refuses to charge it and always detects voltage is too low.
I would give a 5 STARS for packaging, but only 1 STAR because battey refuses to work properly.
However, after sales asked me for a review, so they care about quality - Overall 2 STARS, I would still try to buy next time.
UPDATE: after sales contacted me and we agreed on price reduction. This was a fair deal since it was not worth sending a new battery, the computer is not worth another repair.
Raising now up to 3 stars for good service. Will buy again!
