Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the reliable product quality, highly competitive prices, and exceptionally helpful communication that make finding rare replacement parts completely stress-free. Many buyers consistently mention that online orders arrive securely packaged and perform wonderfully right from the very beginning of use. Some reviewers were not happy with the delivery times, mentioning that international shipping from overseas locations could occasionally take several weeks to arrive. A few people also noted a temporary lack of detailed tracking information or reported that certain replacement items did not last quite as long as original factory batteries.

Our philosophy is to make long-lasting batteries and durable adapters. Thank you for your long-term support.
I appreciated the concern in making sure the battery was compatible with my laptop. After several exchanges of emails, it was determined it was the right fit for my laptop, and indeed, it was!
Communication is the bridge to solve all problems.Laptop batteries do not have a unified interface like mobile phone chargers. Batteries such as UTL-547872-3S of Teclast laptops have many kinds of shapes and interfaces. In order to prevent the wrong battery being sent to the client, we will communicate with customers before delivery. We hope our clients send us pictures of the old battery with patience. We will check it carefully before shipping. Our Brand Philosophy：Make lasting and durable batteries & fast and durable chargers.
is NOT .EU but a chinese boxmover
Can you only give us a one-star review because our batteries are made in China? As of now, we still haven't received an answer from the customer, even though we have tried to contact him countless times. As of 2025, China has an absolute dominant position in the global lithium battery production field, and about 80% of the world's lithium batteries are produced in China. China is also the core production base of the world's notebook computer complete machine, and about 89% of the world's notebook computers are produced in China. Although this data directly points to the production capacity of the complete machine, combined with the perfection of China's local battery supply chain, it can be inferred that the production of most notebook computer batteries is completed simultaneously with the manufacturing of the complete machine, which further strengthens China's comprehensive advantages in related fields. We have to admit that China's lithium battery production has an absolute advantage, and we cannot refuse Made in China. We just want a fair review.
I am satisfied with the customer reception, making sure that the replacement battery would work with my laptop. Truly, it worked perfectly in my laptop. Thank you.

Some batteries are easy to order wrong, such as this battery with model number 28140168, so we ask customers to provide pictures of old batteries, especially panoramic pictures and clear pictures of the interface. To avoid sending the wrong goods. Thank you for your continued trust.
The battery KC04XL is the correct replacement battery for your machine HP 13-ag0804no, thanks for your support.
Relative fast delivery to Finland. The product is running well on the laptop. It will be better if you provide a link or such a tutorial to replace the battery. Finding this kind of tutorial is not easy because the device product series are different from country to country. When someone bought the product from US, then it will be easier to find such tutorial based on the product series.
We think the tutorial for replacing the battery can be searched on GOOGLE. If the customer cannot find it, they can email our customer service and we will help send it.
Great prices and fast delivery! + they help verify that you're actually buying the right battery for your laptop.
Many customers do not understand why we need to send pictures of old batteries. Now there are many batteries with the same model but different batteries and different interfaces. Therefore, we ask customers not to consider only the computer model and battery model when purchasing, but to refer to the shape, interface and parameters of the old battery when purchasing. If you are not sure, please send us pictures of the old battery for us to check. A little more understanding and support will reduce mistakes.
The price-performance ratio of Battery-Store is simply unbeatable! I looked for a replacement battery for my HP laptop in all possible markets in Europe, but 1. I hardly found any results and 2. the prices were exorbitant. Then I came across the Battery-Store, sent an enquiry and received a prompt answer to my questions. In the end, I decided to place the order, despite the very long delivery distance in my case to Spain. And I wasn't wrong! The delivery was prompt, the customer service was perfect and the product, the battery, was 1A. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend this shop and would use them again at any time! MANY THANKS
