评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the reliable product quality, highly competitive prices, and exceptionally helpful communication that make finding rare replacement parts completely stress-free. Many buyers consistently mention that online orders arrive securely packaged and perform wonderfully right from the very beginning of use. Some reviewers were not happy with the delivery times, mentioning that international shipping from overseas locations could occasionally take several weeks to arrive. A few people also noted a temporary lack of detailed tracking information or reported that certain replacement items did not last quite as long as original factory batteries.

Amazing service
Ι recently bought a new battery for my xiaomi notebook, as the old one was dying. I was surprised by the kind service of the store. I didn't know which exact model to choose and the customer service instructed me in the whole procedure. The new battery rocks, the notebook can last now more than 10hours working unplugged! Higlhy recommended!

Thanks for your sharing, for the battery R10B01W of Xiaomi mi Air 12.5 inch, it has two versions. The 37W and 38W batteries are not interchangeable, so when ordering this battery, be sure to check the parameters of the old battery to avoid ordering the wrong battery.
Very Good quality
Delivery speed was reasonable, though a bit delayed, as expected of Lithium batteries being inspected at more than one spot. The battery package is good, installed easily in place of the original, and works very well for longer time than the original HP 3 cell battery.

Hassle free service for high quality product
Fast shipping with notification and support throughout process for high quality laptop battery pack, which was also well packed. Price included German custom taxation. Delivery was earlier than expected (< 1 week) without any delays. Very happy about this hassle free experience, though I've expected, that German customs will delay delivery and bill me at the end.

Regarding transportation, we store the best-selling batteries in local warehouses for timely delivery, and the packages will reach customers in 2-5 days. If the goods are shipped from China, the delivery time will be slower, usually 10-20 days to receive. There are occasional delays, which are unforeseen. Regarding tariffs, we try to arrange prepaid tax channels, but due to quota restrictions, some may not be paid in advance. If your package is taxed again, please contact us and we will refund it in full.
Excellent battery quality!!!

Great Battery Supplier
I needed a spare battery for an older Canon Compact camera. These days a lot of big stores like Amazon don't want to ship batteries as there are some extra shipping requirements. However, this is no problem for battery-store.eu because it is what they specialize in. I received the battery relatively quickly and it is top quality. I am very satisfied.

Battery with "Condition: Original" is indeed Original
I ordered the "Laptop battery for SB10F22076, L12L4E01, L12M4E01 computer batteries" which is the "Product ID: 1004667". I received quick and multiple responses before ordering the item, as I was highly sceptical, whether the battery with the "Condition: Original" is indeed original, despite the shop itself seemed genuine here on Trustpilot. The battery is indeed L12M4E01 the original one from Lenovo at a great price for €34.28 from a German warehouse, shipped via DHL. This great experience brought me to open up this Trustpilot account and write my very first review here on TP

They asked me a few questions before…
They asked me a few questions before and afterwards, because they thougt I bought the wrong battery. But after a few mails and foto's they send me the right (better) battery immediatly. It's a shop with know how!
Battery Store 回复2024-11-21
Due to internal reasons in the battery industry, many batteries are grouped together, that is, they are represented by the same code, but in fact they have different shapes and interfaces. This causes customers to make mistakes when ordering batteries, and the only way to identify the correct battery is to check it with the old battery picture. This is why we ask customers to send pictures of old batteries. Although it is a bit troublesome, it is very important to do so.
Perfect
Perfect. Battery compatibility ok and work perfectly.
Battery Store 回复2024-11-20
As long as there is no compatibility issue, please rest assured about the quality of the battery, we have carefully checked and tested it before sending it out.
The reason for 4 stars
The reason for 4 stars, not 5, is lack of communication regarding delivery - it was not possible to track and to know exactly when it comes.
Battery Store 回复2024-11-12
After the package is sent out, we will send the tracking number to your email. Please check your email after placing the order. If you do not receive any email, please check the spam or send us an email in time. The packages we send out can be tracked, so please pay attention to the progress of your package delivery.Goods shipped from local warehouses can usually be received within 2 to 7 days.
