多收费且拒绝退款

我购买了 2 天加急运送，并且定期发送（整整一周后收到）。当我联系客户服务要求退款时，他们拒绝给出一百万零一个虚假的借口来解释为什么这本书来得这么晚。当我告诉他们他们的客户服务很糟糕/不会回来时，我被告知“我的意见受到尊重”。虚幻。提防！
