Many buyers frequently mention that their shipments arrive safely, accompanied by detailed tracking information that makes package monitoring very easy. However, some customers also noted recurring issues regarding poor product quality, incorrect sizing that failed to match descriptions, and significant delivery delays. Good customer service
The article arrived in good time. It seemed well made but the sleeves were too short for me. I returned and received a refund as soon as the item arrived back at base.

Great socks!!!!
While I’ve ordered from Buykud on several occasions and found their clothing to be well made, comfortable, and unique, I have a love affair with the socks! They are beautiful, sturdy, and again unique. I’m a 72 year old grandmother and have purchased these socks many times. In fact to demonstrate their appeal, my teenage Granddaughter commented on how beautiful they were and guess who is receiving a set this week!!!???

Prompt delivery, easy return
I ordered a jacket. It arrived in a week it didn't suit so I returned it. Customer services responded promptly to request to return, offered a generous discount for me to retain the item rather than return it. I chose to return it anyway. I received a refund within 10 days. Straightforward honest transaction.
Love the clothes!
I love your clothes and I am happy with my purchases, although I would like to see more size offerings. “One size” doesn’t always work well. I would love it if you would give the size and height of the models on every article of clothing, not just some of them.
