Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally appreciate the unique designs, comfortable natural materials, and wide variety of pleasant apparel choices available for daily wear. Many buyers frequently mention that their shipments arrive safely, accompanied by detailed tracking information that makes package monitoring very easy. However, some customers also noted recurring issues regarding poor product quality, incorrect sizing that failed to match descriptions, and significant delivery delays. People additionally experienced frustrating return processes and completely unhelpful support teams when attempting to resolve problems or secure refunds. Several reviewers expressed disappointment over items looking different from promotional photographs and experiencing unpleasant chemical odors upon arrival.
本段由 AI 基于该企业的全部评价自动归纳，仅供参考，不代表平台立场。I ordered 3 garments and returned 2 of them 5 weeks ago. I provided all the information requested and have chased up several times but still haven’t received my refund. This makes me extremely wary of buying anything from Buykud in the future.
Hi, we checked your order, the money has been refunded to your account and you have confirmed receipt of your refund, please check the records, thanks.
The description of the product was confusing. Three products listed together with +. But the choices for each was not clearly given. So I just checked the color and thought it was getting all three pieces. I mainly wanted the pants but there was no separate price shown. Was it the same price as the tank top and the shirt? Since only one price was listed I thought they were sold together. Very confusing
Sorry that "+" misunderstood you, we have improved this issue. Products can be selected in the Material option. The three products are at different prices. Since the pants are currently sold out, they are not temporarily unavailable for purchase.
I love the fabric, style, and color. Shipping was fast. The only thing that could be better was if the pants could be longer. They did not look like the picture for that reason.
Thank you for your love and support, we will feedback your suggestion to the designer.
I’m mostly very happy. The clothes are lovely. One dress lost a lot of dye on first wash.
Love the clothes and styles quality very good be patient with the delivery
The jeans were good quality but the waist was small for the style and size.
Thank you for your comment, I will feedback this issue to the designer to provide better products in the future.
Terrible company! Don’t buy from them!

Love the clothes- tasteful colours and natural fibres Although label recommends hand washing - hand was cycle on washing machine is sound
Purchase arrived fairly quickly. Packaging was excellent and the item was exactly as described. I have purchased at least a dozen items from Buykud and never been disappointed with items. Sometimes delivery takes longer than expected. Understandable. I’ve never needed to return anything so don’t know how communication with customer service is.
One of the garment was too large. I asked for an exchange but I had no response. I’m still waiting…

I just love the clothes ordered and received. Something different to the usual clothing. Size ordered fits 100%
the items arrive on time and the quality is good...pricewise? a bit expensive
This is my second purchase at Buykud. Prior to my first purchase, I'd never heard of it! But, I was impressed with the "look" and the price and decided to give it a try. Upon receiving the order, I was so pleased! My second purchase has made me ALL IN. I absolutely love both items!!! However, I've not worn either as of yet. But I can't wait!
