I have given Buykud 2 stars because I did finally get a refund, however the refund process was slow and difficult. I had to be persistent and it took weeks. I lost money on the exchange rate as they didn't charge in $A despite looking like an Australian site. Re the clothing I was really disappointed with the fabrics. They looked so good in the pictures.

I'm interested in casual summer dresses or jumpers, as I'm travelling to Arizona later this year. Every denim jumper you have is "one size" which would be fine, but that one size is US 8-10!! So, you should note that on the screen with multiple choices, so people would know not to bother opening the specific screen to purchase that item. Lost a lot of time, and became very discouraged, since I'm not a size 10!! There were too many "one size" items, and sometimes they were just like dresses that had multiple sizes, so it doesn't make sense. A subtitle under the name would be sufficient to spare us the time and aggravation of opening and closing screens repeatedly.
