Thank you for your outstanding review. We're pleased that Carbonite's backup software is providing the reliability you need.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your frustration with the renewal and refund process. We understand that account verification requests can feel cumbersome, however these steps are required to protect customer data. Because a refund request results in the associated Carbonite backup being removed from our servers, we must verify that we are working with the account owner or an authorized individual before making changes to the account. Additionally, if the cancellation request was sent by replying directly to a renewal notification email, that mailbox is not monitored for support requests and generates an automated reply with instructions on how to contact Support. We appreciate your feedback and understand how this experience may have been frustrating. The Carbonite Support Team

We are so glad to hear that our service has been so helpful for you, especially when retrieving accidentally deleted files and during your computer crash. It's wonderful to know our team could assist with a full restore. Thank you for sharing your positive experience! The Carbonite Team
