Hi Amy, Thank you for your review. We're sorry you are unable to add another name to the second car rental in your booking. It looks like because you booked both cars in the same reservation, we are unable to add the second name. You would have to make separate reservations for each person renting. With car rentals, you pay at the time of pickup. What we would suggest is when you pick up your first car rental with Avis, inform them of the second car rental booking you have and advise them of the second person who will be picking up that second car. Payment will be due at pickup, so your reservations are just to reserve that a car will be available for you. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email us at [email protected]. Thank you for using CheapAir.com.

Hi Customer, Thank you for your review. The ticket purchased is unfortunately non-refundable, but we do see you were able to make a change to your booking. The airline imposes rules to the fares which we must abide by. We wish we could do whatever we wanted, but that is not the case. We hope you have a great flight. Thank you for using CheapAir.com.
