The delivery address is totally wrong

The delivery address is totally wrong, wrong street name and wrong building name. I need to pay extra to courier due to the address change request

I paid extra for the i5 model and received the i3 with the extra ram. Quite unhappy === The company has since offered a refund for the difference, but I insisted on sending it back to get the correct model. Feels practiced, and I don’t believe it was an accident. Probably more than 3 out of 4 people wouldn’t even notice. I’m going to be super chapped if I have to pay import duty a second time. More details to follow.

I did not receive the product yet. Time was July 10th. If I did not receive on next Monday, I will cancel it in my Credit card

Very bad customer services : 1. Wrong address in Chinese causing SF holding up delivery 2. No response to SF for clarification 3. No response to my email I have to call SF when back to office to give correct delivery address

Their after service and quality is very poor I bought I bought tablet.. It was defective, I paid freight charges and send it for repair on December 2022 and till now I havent received it after the repair.. More then 8months to repair a device...Normally every company gives 12months warranty in their 8months is for repair period Everytime I email them... They ask me wait patiently and I waited 8months patiently, recently I understood that this problem is not just for me... For all customers, who send their device for repair it's been 6months and still dint received them after repair So kindly review this thing before u buy chuwi products

A Disappointed Buyer

The detailed info on the website is bad. It refers to the previous model of the Chuwi HeroBox. Most wrong details are improvements, but not all. The website says "Windows 10", it is "Windows 11", maybe you don't care. The website says "Fanless, Quiet", and I am very disappointed, it has a NOISY FAN.

I was a bit sceptic

I was a bit sceptic, didn' have high expectation on the shipment and item but everithing was top. Item recived in 4 days as specified, well packed. Paid by paypal. Great experience so far.

I've not received any confirmation email after the order and I'd to write to the customer service. The reply was very fast and exhaustive to be honest. Tablet arrived well packaged and works fine!

A very good surprise about the Price/Quality of the Ubook X Pro. Nicely crafted and good performance for this hybride product. Quick start up and highly responsive. I am really satisfied about the product. By the way Chuwi processed and send my tablet very quickly.

Great netbook

Great netbook, so far very impressed for such small price. Newest Intel SoC and DDR5 for less than 250$ is a steal. On the downside, very poor after sale support. They never answered my emails where I was asking about the dispatch time (one week) and the tracking link provided doesn't work. So the order was delivered without any monitoring
