In general great, but 2 issues should be fixed

First of all the deliver time was great, honestly I thought it would take at least two to get my product, but i got it in less than 1. I isntalled a 2.5 hard drive, it was very easy to do it, no problem there, after that I connected 2 external hd a printer, ethernet cable, wireless mouse and keyboard, a two 23.8 screens, one to the HDMI port and the other to the Display Port using a Display port to HDMI wire. I turn on the Mini PC and it started normally, but the problems beguin here, first of all on the screen there was a message "Wait A moment" or something like that, wich I Thought it was normal because Windows should take a while to setup, but the message stay there for about 15-20 mins so I begun to get worried, my first thougt was that the HDD I installed was intefering with the windows setup so I turn off the PC and disconnected it, restarted the PC and there it was windows was installed and the sign screen was on, but it asked for a password, I tried the generic passwords (1234, abcd, 0000, etc) but none of them worked, the I check the user guide, it was useless, there is nothing about the password, so I reseted the PC and reinstall from 0 windows It worked, everuthing worked well execept the DP srceen, the system does not recognize it, I change screen and nothing, I updated the drivers and nothing happened, so I ask around and got the possible problem was that the screen were not compatible with the DP, and that I have to get a Screen with better resolution etc. I haven`t got it yet, so I will update this issue later. Beside this, every is working well. In general I'm very happy with the product. If I have to say something I didn't like is the Screen issue and the fact that the Owner's guide is not in any level helpful, you should include a guide to setup windows the right way without having to reinstall it, fortunately I know my way around computers, but the normal user that are not use to deal with this issues it would be frustrating not to be able to set windows up due to a stupid password. So improve the owner guide and be more explicit on the caracterists of perpherals need to be compatible with this device.

Shopping on your site was easy. I am already a owner of the HiPad LTE 10.1 and a very satisfied customer. But I didn't appreciate the email after the order was done, concerning extra fee for custom. I believe the customer should know this detail before completing the order to take a good decision. But I am really excited waiting for the new tablet and compare with the older model.

Negatives and I advise not to buy it

Negatives The battery temperature is too high, which I think will cause battery damage The mouse always disappears Now, after several months, it no longer works, and after presenting it to the local maintenance, they said that the defect is in the screen, and there can be no replacement screens locally

Package was not as advertised

The Hipadmax package did not come with tablet case. One of the reason why I bought it is because the online store ahows "global order + 1 free tablet case". I have energized the hipad tablet yet. I set aside for now as I'm still quite disappointed. Generally, its not at par with my expectations.

Terrible services.

Terrible services. I bought a laptop, i paid it before 2 months and i am still without laptop. They brought me a broken laptop, with problem and after 1.5 month i am still trying to contact so they bring me a new one.

I will mention if your touchscreen stops working after doing updates, try checking under the hid devce managers to see if it turned on power management...that is what does it...turns it off to save battery.
