It didn't work properly, the battery was fault but Chuwi support couldn't/wouldn't replace the battery of my MiniBook which never worked since it was purchased one year ago! VERY BAD for Chuwi people :(
I've just bought a replacement for the battery. Now it's working fine (4 hours of autonomy) but without any indication of the charge% in the MiniBook. Chuwi Service doesn't know how to solve this problem :(

Order never left Chuwi. Paid for an expedited delivery, but over a month after order, they didn't even ship it so had to cancel.
The product might be awesome, just never got it.
Chuwi claim to have a base here in France - they give an address on their website & say it's near Toulouse and they give some opening hours. The address is 200km from Toulouse in a very unlikely looking village called Mercues. A look on streetview finds a rural residential street and reveals either just a closed up, unkempt house, maybe acting as a registered address for tons of companies, or it doesn't exist. Hard to tell, as the house has no number, but the house before it does (no 307).
I personally don't trust companies that try to create the illusion of a legit. physical presence but only have a legal presence at an uninhabited address...maybe.
This does seem consistent with other reviews here about zero communication and zero after sales service. Steer clear, I think.

This is not a review as such but I wanted to know if anyone had any issues sending or receiving the chuwi herobook internationally from spain. I'm in need of sending mine back for repair but have been advised that international couriers had been postponed.

Same story as others but in this case they took the money and DID NOT send anything.
I trusted these people with my hard earned cash, sent them hundreds of pounds for a corebook x, THEN I get a £50OFF voucher if I re purchase, I sent a message back saying “send the item I have already paid for and il purchase again”
No reply, AND THEN OUT OF THE BLUE I get a message from an online store asking me to purchase this again but pay £70 more!
Hang on here! Are these lot on a scam or what!
I’m usually alert and don’t make mistakes like this but today il report this to PayPal and cancel this absolute nightmare of a purchase.
These people are not to be trusted, do not take the risk, if only I read these other reviews first I would have my money and no headache.

I use Hi10 XR tablet. Nice slick touch screen, i love it. But the only drawback is that the sound is too low. With headphones it is better, but I wish that we could hear sound more clearly fron built-in speakers.
Never ever again! There is no warranty. They leave you alone with your product problem. I cant recommend buying chuwi product. My minibook is defective, typical battery problem according to chuwi forum. Device switches randomly off, battery values are wrong showing in Windows 10.
Heropro laptop in just under 2 months the laptop has stopped turning on, charge light is on when mains power is connected but will not power up have raisde issue via chat and they keep saying that they have emailed with details of their repair service however no emails have been received. I don't expect something to stop working in under 2 months, Looking on chat forums and review sites this issue has been experienced by large numbers of people already so CHUWI must know its an issue thereis no customer service. Please don't waste your money yes they say they offer customer service and back up in the event of fault but don't believe this as they never resolve or do what they say. I only wish I would of taken more time to read reviews on the company as I would of never purchased from them stay clear, save time and save your hard earned money.
I bought one of their tablets from their eBay store, and I was happy with it, but it wasn't as described which meant I had to return it.
I got a full refund, after I got eBay involved, however my problems started while trying to return their item.
They were meant to provide me with the return postage, but used the covid 19 situation as an excuse for not being able to buy a postage label in the UK, which is crazy, when I can purchase postage anywhere in the world.
I agreed to pay the postage and they assured me they would refund me, well it's June now and they got their item in the middle of May and I am still waiting.
I am fed up of emailing them, it takes them 24hrs to reply to a question, and because they only answer one question every 24hrs means it's dragged on for ages, this whole process actually started in April. They responded quick when I got eBay involved and again when I gave them negative feed back.
You only know how good a company is when you have a problem, based on my experience, this company is rubbish, stay away from them.
Very bad!! I bought It new a few months ago. Suddenly stopped working and I was fighting for weeks for a solution. After lots of messages they said and adress to send my laptop to repair. I sent everything as It came when I bought it. They sent It back WiTHOUT my charger and now they said I Did not send It!!! And obviously is not repared!!!! It's frustrating ...
I received a used not well functioning chuwi lapbook, no help so far from the store side except that they wrote, they sell only new lapbooks, but this is a big lie! I purchased a hi10 x tablet from the Chuwi Russian Store (through Aliexpress) and it came to me not working.
I sent it back.
It arrived at the Chuwi warehouse in Spain since 11 days and I have given all the details of the UPS shipment, which has regularly arrived.
Still waiting for the new and working tablet shipment from Spain to me.
Very bad assistance from Chuwi Russian Store: they delay answers to my messages and are incorrect in dealing with customers.
No support received by Aliexpress/Alibaba.
I suggest not to buy Chuwi products.
Bought my 3rd chuwi last year (aerobook). This one is a bag of garbage, see many complaints on their own forum.
Several people asked for locatiion of bios, they refuse to give this. (I did sent them my serial number).
So stuck with almost new notebook, almost wortless and no support whatever.
