What people say

I was a little hesitant for obvious…

I was a little hesitant for obvious reasons. Its a great little laptop, way lighter than i thought it would be, quick, quiet and the screens great. It restarts and shuts down a little slow for some reason but first world problems. The 130v Intel gpu isn't super powerful but not bad either, drop some settings turn on XeSS frame gen and i get anywhere from 30-90fps in games (diablo 4, baldurs gate 3, wardogs, runescape dragonwilds). Happy with purchase

I was scammed by them

I have been buying several times for myself and I was happy with the quality of the devices, then I moved also to use it for my business. All is good untill you need them, they don't reply at all and if they do is not to solve anything, but to say that someone else will some day. I've been stuck with them for over 6 weeks, I paid over 500€ for a laptop, nothing came and no response from Chuwi, my money is as good as gone now. Make no mistake, they sell good products but is a wild bet, if the product comes damaged, there will be no one there to assist you, you may as well burn that money for what is worth.

Product failed after 8 months

Product failed after 8 months. I returned the product under factory warranty. They received my pc and have verified that it has been repaired, but have not returned it. I have sent emails to chuwi service and have been ghosted. The only response has come from an email I sent to the American sales office. This has been going on for months.

Scam warning! Brand new laptop faulty, paid to return it, and CHUWI made it disappear!

My brand new CoreBook Air arrived with a defective touchpad — random right-click events out of the box. CHUWI accepted it for warranty repair and gave me their German return address. I paid the shipping myself, and the courier confirmed delivery. The laptop then vanished. For weeks CHUWI told me their warehouse was "searching" for it. I sent the signed proof of delivery. Their final answer was that nobody there signed for it and that I should chase the courier myself. Since I asked in writing for either a replacement or a full refund, there has been complete silence. The result: CHUWI has my money and my laptop, and takes responsibility for neither. That is not just terrible customer service — it looks like an attempt to defraud a customer! Definitely not worth buying poor quality laptops from dodgy companies like CHUWI.
