Material and workmanship were great. Just wish that a lighter weight zipper had been placed in the top side as the heaviness made the chiffon rigid and pucker with weight. Otherwise the flowiness of the fabric and its quality was great.

Return policy is a scam

Website states they accept returns but do not mention that the warehouse is in China. Shipping to China is a minimum $60-$70 to an upwards of $200. It would cost you more to return the dress so now I have extra dresses due to their fraud return policy

Avoid dealing with this company

Avoid dealing with this company. Cincinia pretend they are a UK company but they must be based elsewhere abroard. They refused to change flower girl's dress for my wedding, which was far too small and cost £53 plus postage. They say they want me to pay a further £30 for a larger size dress and they say I can keep the small dress, which I don't need. I just want to return this perfectly new dress which was wrongly sized. I now don't trust this company and I would advise you not to deal with them.

Great Customer Service! The customer service that I received from start to finish was amazing! They answered all of my questions promptly, I received the order earlier than expected and the dress was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend ordering from Cicinia!

I ordered a dress

I ordered a dress. When it arrived, I tried it on right away, and I was blown away with comfortable it was. It fit perfectly. I made sure to take my measurements before ordering. It had a gold embellishment on the left shoulder, that I was not happy about. When I reached out to customer support, I wasn't exactly nice. I thought it was a cover up to a seam that wasn't finished. They pointed out that the dress comes with that. I missed it when I was looking at the dress. I felt like a toad, I apologized immediately and they were so gracious, even though I didn't feel like I deserved it.

Great Customer Service!

I ordered a dress to wear for a wedding. I normally wear a size 8, so that’s what I ordered. It was too small, so I reached out and was told it would be expensive to send back and would have to pay a restocking fee. I was then told give them my exact measurements and pay $30 and they would make a new one for me. I asked what I should do with the original dress and was told to do whatever I want with it. The new dress came and it fits perfectly! I was so impressed with the customer service that I received from Amber! I appreciate all that she’s done for me. Thank you, Amber!

Cicinia was AMAZING to work with! I ordered two custom dresses (both for flower girls). They confirmed the custom measurements via email. They quickly shipped the dresses and went above and beyond to get the dresses made and delivered in a very short time period!

Cicinia Keeps Removing My Review

After recently leaving a review of my negative experience on Cicinia's website, I went back on their website only to realize that my review had been deleted. What's the point in allowing someone to leave a review of their personal experience if you're going to delete it for not being positive? As if their company didn't seem shady enough.

As someone who has been a bridesmaid in 8 weddings over the years, using many different companies...Cicinia takes the cake for being the absolute WORST. I ordered a dress in two sizes for a wedding that I'm in coming up - I ordered in a style and two sizes that I thought would work, as I will be 31 weeks pregnant at the time of the wedding. God forbid they have ANY maternity dress options in 2024. The sizing was wildly inconsistent, and the quality of the dresses was terrible. One dress was just too small, but the next size up would not zip...all while the bust of the dress was INCHES away from my chest. The way the top of the dress was huge and falling off of my body would have been hilarious, if not so frustrating. I took it to a seamstress for a consult, who said there was just no way she could alter it in a way that would work and still look halfway decent. She said that even though it had an empire waist - the dress was just not made to flatter a pregnant body. I tried to return both dresses, understanding that I would only get back 80/90% of what I originally paid, submitted an email request for a return that was rejected and said that it wouldn't be worth it for me to return the dresses. They offered to give me less than 50% of what I paid, and just keep the dresses. Nowhere in their return/refund policy does it say anything about that being an option. Nowhere on their return policy does it say that they'll just tell you that returning their dresses is a waste of time and resources. No matter how hard I tried, I just kept getting the run around from their customer service department (who only responds approximately every 24 hours at best) As I am struggling, and feeling completely defeated trying to find an alternative dress option to wear to my own brother's wedding in a few weeks, all I want is for these dresses to be out of my house, and for the money I wasted to be refunded. Save your time, save yourself the heartache and headache and lost money, and choose any other company for any bridal party needs.

I’m not impressed

Would love to order from this company, however they don’t offer maternity sizes. It’s 2024. How are we still not inclusive of expecting women? As a bride, I’d take my business elsewhere.

My outfit for my son's wedding is beautiful! I had it made to order, using my own measurements, and it fits perfectly. When I needed assistance, I emailed Cicinia and always received a response right away. It was a great experience all around.
