Absolutely useless courier service. My item has been stuck since 9th April without any movement, even after reaching the local distribution center. I called repeatedly, and every single time I was given the same lazy excuse “no driver available.” That is not my problem.
It took an entire week just to deliver, finally arriving on 15th April. On top of that, the customer service is terrible, my calls were clearly being cut off on purpose simply because I kept following up on an item that hadn’t moved for days.
Unacceptable service, poor accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism.

if i could give zero stars i would. BE CAREFUL when doing business with this crooks.
I dropped off a few laptops that were never paid for by will. The owner kept giving me the run around and never paid me for my equipment. I wonder how many employees have been robbed by the owner in a similar way. One day you will stand b4 god and I hope he ask you why did you choose to rob people.

the worst service ever!!!! how come u can deliver the important documents without consent from receiver? and the parcel got missing due to courier sent to wrong address. very stupid services.
Actually no star for City-Link Express. Very slow delivery. Put the blame on customer if they delayed the delivery which is can't contact us. But, actually they didn't contact us. Also bad experiences with the customer service. They leave us on the phone line without speaking any words from our complaint.

Using their service for express and paying for the price but it took more than 10 days. Even after many times calling , staff kept pushing to person in charge and phone just hang up half way to push responsibility.
Had been kept complaint many times but still the same.
Went to their hub and realized there are so many victims like me too .
In the end still can locate my parcel and worst thing is. They just wasting everyone time here .

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service
Very bad experience for me.
My parcel has been stuck with City-Link Express for over one month with no updates at all. The shipment until now, there is still no delivery, no dispatch, and no clear explanation.
I have sent emails and made countless phone calls to Customer Service, but there has been zero progress. I was repeatedly asked to contact the branch, yet the branch failed to provide any solution or valid answer. Even worse, on several occasions, my calls were directly hung up on, which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. This shows a complete lack of coordination and responsibility within the company.
After one full month, there is still no update, no accountability, and no resolution. This delay has caused serious dissatisfaction.
I strongly do not recommend City-Link Express if you value reliability, communication, and professionalism. This has been one of the worst courier experiences I have ever had.
my supplier delived my goods since thursdays sampai hari ini Monday , i not received it, now dah jam 6.00pm still not received. and yg paling teruk your CS no not function at all, call 10 x jawapan same bgtahu masa kerja dah tamat sedang kan jam 10 am tapi off hours dah habis minta call besok. General line no. 0 for thers also not function. Number not detected!!!!!!! Bad service

Shit customer service. They kept transfering me and ending the call when I called for assistance with tracking my parcel. The website for tracking is shit too, couldn't track my parcel. If I could, I would give -3 stars. They need to improve the customer service department and train the agents better. Very rude and unprofessional.
Don't wait when your parcel status is "Out for Delivery." It might take much longer than you think, even if the sender puts notes like "Urgent" or "Specific Date" directly on the parcel. When you try to report it, there are only bots to communicate with. And I'm still not receiving my parcel.
