When i told them they will not be able to leave it at the concierge as per building management rules, they said they will try and call me back if unable to. Didnt receive any call. I had to call back 4 hours later. And the person has no idea whats going on in terms of what happens to the parcel, how its going to be delivered next, etc.
trust me,you will regret using citylink,1st stock pending warehouse 3-4 month,guess staff "makan gaji buta including boss".2nd even hire collection from home/office trust me their collecter "kaki curi".3rd you guys trust me barang never complete/damage because they never take care item. you will regret!!!! prefer ABX,DHL or at list Pos Laju because you know they reach till your home.

If I could give a 0, I would. My parcel hasn't been delivered, it's been 3 months. My problem with CityLink: 1. The dispatcher DID NOT call the recipient's number when reaching destination. ALL OTHER COURIERS THAT I'VE USED WILL CALL. THIS IS COMPULSORY 2. Even though the package had been stuck at the hub for two months, neither the sender or the recipient were called. How long do they plan on keeping the package until it is returned to sender? 3. I've called Customer Service so many times - Customer Service hangs up multiple times and the Operator never answers? CityLink by far, has the worst Customer Service. This enrages me more because of the fact that they're NOT CHEAP. My frustrations with CityLink has made them not even a "last resort" option. They're below that.
A week has passed and yet my parcels still stayed at Dataran. Does City Link still function? Anybody still show up to work? THE WORSTTTTTT!!!
2/6/2020 sent a document from JB to Singapore. Tracking shows heading to Kerteh/Machang and now 5/6/2020 back to DATARAN CITY LINK probably in KL. What is this? Please remove the word Express. Really a bad choice. I don't know whether my important documents will reach me in Singapore.
15/5/2020 sent a PARCEL from RAWANG to AUSTRALIA. Tracking shows heading to Pending Commercial Invoice ON 29/05/2020 & that day ifself send e-mail to customer service and now 5/6/2020 back to Dataran link KL, What is this? Please remove the word Express. Really a bad choice. I don't know whether my important parcel will reach the customer in Australia.
Horrible service! Why damn slow, they already picked up the parcel on May 15th, but one week has passed and there is still. no. any. progress until now!!! Some more call to customer service, they just hang up my call before I finish speaking!
how can i actually reach them?? called this number, and were asked to call another number. called hotline number and got disconnected a few times. i didn’t even get to speak to any of their staffs. but when i do, the message didn’t get through. i still can’t convey the info i’m trying to ask them. super disappointed!
Kulim and butterworth city link is too slow. Service very bad. Paid for service but ask for self delivery
If I can click on negative to begin commenting I would do so. The worst ever logistic company that is not able deliver good over 10 days from Penang to KL , not knowing the delivery address/name/contact , not updating online tracking system, not picking up call, not able to find good in warehouse, not bother to contact, Not committing, not bother to follow up, not responding to complaint emails (even to the COO, Audit team and customer service). For online business, your reputation will.bebdown to the drain using their services. For normal businesses, be prepare not getting the important documents or goods delivered. For consumer, be prepare to frustrate your friend to explain to your friends and family why delivery within Malaysia takes weeks.
I rarely post comment when I do it’s really disappoint me. I used to gdex for my urgent parcel.. last two day I left 3 pieces of gdex prepaid (Rm11.60) with me and I couldn’t buy in the mail shop, so I try citylink and it’s Rm13 so I expect it will be faster than gdex. But my only 3 pieces of gdex status shows had delivered to my customer (at Penang) while citylink just started to ships the parcel to Johor. I post out the same date same time but different outcome, somemore expensive. Makes me feel the money is not worth for this speed. I rather use PosLaju if like that. I don’t want pay a gdex standard payment and get a PosLaju speed. :) disappointed

we have a bad experience with citylink by today, we call this afternoon cos we will send a documents the lady operator ask all our detail and said they will come to collect our documents, waited for pass 5 already no one pick up we call them back , the man who answered our follow up tell us we never call and no record for pick up OUR MISTAKE WE NEVER ASK THE LADY NAME, SO BAD EXPERIENCE,, THE LADY worse customer service at all
Only used City Link Express within Malaysia a couple of times now but not experienced anything but good service. Most recently bought golf equipment from dealer in Kuala Lumpur, both items picked up by CL late Friday afternoon, and reached Kuching by Sunday and collected item from CL Depot Monday morning. Tracking system up to date and staff in Kuching helpful in dealing with my request to collect.
