Very bad delivery service with a bad attitude. Due to I just done my showering just now and I heard a car keep horning outside my house area, I didn't even notice that delivery is my parcel until my door bell rang after a very long period of horning. I don't understand with what's the matter for him to get off of his transport with just a simple pressing the door bell well in a polite way.

Could have give zero if I can. Never experience with such bad attitude of courier service. The delivery man even throw my parcel in front of me, and being so rude to ask for relevant information. Horning sound is so loud and disturbing the neighbourhood. Hate their serveice and will never use their service again!! 🙄🙄
Worst service ever, filled with lies and being rude
I actually won't even give a star.... They do not deserve it. My parcel has not been received but they told me its already received. They have no customer communication skills. They are so rude. Highly not recommended. Pls do not trust this useless service.
Very disappointed with its service
Very disappointed with its service. Item departed from Dataran city link facility but there's no update anymore for the next 6 days. Their explanation was due to many flights being cancelled to EM, so there were long queue of parcels in the Malaysia Airlines Cargo. Yet, my parcels from Johor, Selangor have arrived and reached my doorstep within 5 days (using J&T express), and even from China parcel has arrived in Sabah (items were ordered around the same period +/- 1 day). Citylink, im disappointed, please improve your services, if you can't cope with the volume of your customers' parcels, do something else. And please look at your competitors, you are far behind in this case.

Very poor - selling items in Hong Kong that dont have the correct plug so cant be used and then refusing to give a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Customer service is also awful. consistently ignoring my emails and messages. Do yourself a favour and stay clear.

NEVER AGAIN CITY LINK COURIER It's unfortunate that I did not see these reviews before sending my Diwali parcel to Singapore. Their agent picked up the packet on 8 November, assuring us it will definitely reach within 3-4 days. So far, today 18 November, it has not been delivered. The worst part is THEY NEVER RESPOND.

Very disappointed with city link services including the customer service department... Been waiting for my parcel to arrive since last week Saturday till today but still the person in charge haven't deliver my parcel... In the tracking system says 'receiver request for later delivery' (I did not receive any calls from the driver and I did not request for later delivery)..
Very poor delivery service
Very poor delivery service. They lost my parcel and it is a parcel that is urgent to be sent out to the other party. The delivery man who was in charge in delivering my lost parcel never pick up the phone even though the call has been made for many times. It is really irresponsible and unprofessional to provide such a poor delivery service. I definitely will never ever use the delivery service from citylink anymore.

Trust me if got 0 rate I will give it for sure !!!City link is a terrible courier company in my life!!! I wonder how their customer service doing lol ! Everytime call to ask where things are at? They would only say that coming already😤😤, but at last waited 14 days also make the items lost !!And tht systemnn city link also much terrible stuck 3 week remain the same !! I wonder customer Service city link only drinking coffe and won’t do an action!!Even DHL in Kota Kinabalu is the best !! 4 days only already can get the items during CMCO !!!!!

Terrible , merchandise stolen. No one in the company wants to take responsibility until I have made complaint to MCMC which is a month later only the customer service reach out to me, I’ve called numerous times to no avail before making the complaint

Such a bad and rudeness services ever I had in my life. Especially to my mom the runner very rude to mom just now she rcve my parcel coz I din at home at that moment. I'm so disappointed coz they din pay a respect to elderly. Eventhough u are in a rush please do mind ur words.

This is how it started. My parcel should be delivered on 14/10. But on 15/10 i track my tracking number and it stated there " invalid address" . Thenn tomorrow morning i call their hotline to settle up. He said the parce will delivered TMORROW. Okeh then at 12 pm i sleep until 2.40 pm. Wake up duue to phone call. I amswer it. It froom citylink hotline askking for my exactly address. Againnn. Then i got another call. She said like this " are u having a prooblem to answer the call " omg. .is that tje first thing u said to your customer. . Not all people with their phone for 24hour big lady. Oh my god. U just call me for two times. Then u got trouble eehhh bodoh

Very Bad sevice. Parcel stuck and they said " It is COMMON to get stuck and usually take two weeks to a month and maybe more". I just WOW, its common really, to let customers wait for month. I'm just speechless on how they handle this. Do they even care about their customers. I doubt so because I've experience this. The worst courier I've ever experienced. If you thinking about fast delivery just dont, there are many other couriers that are far better than this

My friend shipped my parcel from PJ by 07-09-2020 and received my parcel the very next day 08-09-2020. it was my very first experience and i liked City-Link express delivery service.
Bad service
Bad service, does not contact me when they reach my house. Freaking throw my parcel into my house which contain electronical device with low protection.
