The request to change the address was made after the order had already shipped, and the rerouting and return costs assessed were charges provided directly by the carrier. While we understand your frustration, these costs were incurred as a result of the shipment being redirected after dispatch. We also take product quality and safety concerns seriously. In situations involving potential tire defects, manufacturer warranty coverage is determined by the tire manufacturer, and we regret if there was any confusion regarding that process.
