Hello, Thank you for your feedback. However, we were unable to locate your customer order information in our system just by the name Lyric provided, which makes it difficult for us to address your specific concerns. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with more details about your experience, such as your order number, so that we can investigate the matter further and work towards finding a resolution. For more assistance, you can contact our service team at [email protected]. Best, [Danceandsway.com]

Hello, We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We'd like to clarify that your order was processed, dispatched, and delivered within the estimated timeframe. As stated on our website, processing time is separate from shipping time, and express shipping applies once the order has been dispatched. For local delivery, the local carriers are assigned by our shipping partner based on the destination, so we are unable to select the final local courier. Except for relay, there are other local carriers in the UK. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make our shipping information as clear as possible. Best, [Danceandsway.com]

Hello, Thank you so much for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that the shoes were comfortable throughout your wedding day and that you were happy with the value. Regarding the soles, we actually offer both suede and rubber sole options for some of our shoe styles, and for certain designs, the soles can even be customized. If you have a specific sole type in mind for a future order, please feel free to contact our customer service team—we'd be happy to check the available options for you. Thank you again for your support, and congratulations on your wedding! Best, [Danceandsway.com]
