I have had an awful customer service…
I have had an awful customer service experience with Dance & Sway. I purchased boots in the wrong size so wanted to return them Dance & Sway gave me 3 options: - return the boots & swap for new item - 40% discount & keep the boots - 50% discount & keep the boots Unfortunately time constraints meant I didnt have time to return the boots (£36 & £7 postage) & had to purchase new ones (£43 + £7 postage) so I chose the 50% discount option. However the discount was on the original price of the item so I was offered £18 off of my 2nd product & left with a set of shoes I needed to sell. I spent £93 & got £18 discount. I didnt think this was acceptable so I complained. The company then offered me 3 choices. - return them & swap for the new pair I had alreasy purchased! - get the extra "discount" to make it 50% of the new price (£3 or something) - cancel new order. Baring in mind I had already told them these shoes were for a performance & I needed them within a certain time frame. ( Unbeknown to me - They suspended my new order - one I had paid for in FULL!! ) I told them I thought this was an awful chance at remunition & I wished I had just returned the original offer. I asked them to think about the fairness of these offers to their customers & said I felt duped by their wording of their choices. They replied today saying my order was suspended & wont get there in time for me performing next week. I ordered this 8 days ago. It would have been here on time had they not suspended the order. My experience with this companies customer service has been awful. Such a shame for a large company with good products I thought they would have cared a little bit more about their customers....clearly we are just a number & way to make money. So angry. NB - I confirmed on 8th August I wanted the order sent. I got another email 9th Aug asking me to confirm if I still want them to be sent....🤦♀️ I have confirmed 5x now I want these sent! They still have not sent the order or started shipping process after 9 days!!!

Few months ago I started dancing salsa. I wanted cute but comfortable shoes I can dance in. Everything i bought so far at Dance and sway is great quality, and comfortable. I highly recommend!
Really lovely shoes
Really lovely shoes. I do need to get some extra holes in the strap so they don't slip but otherwise they are perfect 😊.

I’m satisfied with the size and comfort of the shoes and the fact that I have dance with it for the first time for 3 straight hours straight in the Argentine tango really makes me feel good. The upper leather is so and the sole is just right.
