I ordered 2 customized dresses. Their email responses were prompt and attentive to detail. Once we agreed to the measurements. I was given a timeline for completion. They kept to the timeline. From first email to delivery I got the dresses in less than 30 days. They fit perfectly! The workmanship is subpurb. The dress is well made and the bead/crystal work is artistic and well-done. I will order more from this company.

I have many different dance shoes, but these are the most comfortable shoe to dance in and they are super cute on. I love them!! Wish they also come in Red, I would buy them in a heartbeat.
Warning to dancers!! MISLEADING information at this company:
I ordered a 7.5 cm heel, but received a 7 cm heel instead. The company claims that a 0.5 cm difference is “normal production tolerance”, even though 7 cm and 7.5 cm are LISTED as two SEPARATE heel options on their website!
I have also heard of similar experiences from two other dancers at our dance school.
Despite this being clearly the company’s mistake—since they offer both 7 cm and 7.5 cm heel options but did not send the option I selected and paid for—they still expect the CUSTOMER to PAY the return shipping costs.
Moreover I also paid a significant extra fee for express shipping, only to find out afterwards that the order processing time could exceed one week. As a result, the shoes did not arrive any faster than they would have with standard shipping, making the additional express shipping charge feel unjustified. This important information was not clearly communicated before checkout.
If the exact heel height and customer-friendly service is important to you, I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. :(
UPDATE:
The seller has agreed to send me a replacement pair of shoes and refund the express shipping fee. I would also like to thank the second customer service representative for their willingness to help. Unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory solution from the initial customer service representative, but the case has now been taken over by someone who has been much more helpful. The matter is currently being resolved, and I hope everything will proceed smoothly. Hopefully, the replacement shoes will arrive before my next competition.

We'd like to clarify that our 7 cm and 7.5 cm heels are two different heel shapes, rather than the same heel with a 0.5 cm height difference. During production, a slight variation in the measured height may occur due to the manufacturing process, but the heel style supplied corresponds to the option selected.
Regarding shipping, express shipping applies to the delivery service once the order has been dispatched. Any production or processing time is indicated separately, as it varies depending on the product.

Not standard shoe sizes
Their shoe sizing is off.
Ordered a pair that were listed as EU 38-38.5, and they've arrived at least a whole size smaller (more like EU 37-37.5). It's a shame because they seem to be decent quality, but when I emailed to ask for a refund they said:
"We have our own size chart based on the foot length & the size guide is different for each type of shoes, which may not be exactly equivalent to your usual size."
They're being very cooperative about a return for refund, but I'm annoyed that the sizing was off in the first place (if they'd been the right size, I'd keep them!)

The shoes are both cute hard to put on
The shoes are both cute. The biggest problem is there are no instructions on how to wear the heels and put the clasps together. They need a video on it and to also send instructions. It took me so long to figure it out. A very long time playing around with them. I haven’t worn them out yet it’s been maybe 2 months since I got them. I think I forgot how to put on the clasps. lol. I’m not a stupid person either. I should try again tonight because I’m going on vacation soon and hope to bring them.
