Great fitting lovely ballroom shoes.
I returned the first pair of shoes because the size was the USA size and not UK size. The service on returning the item was efficient. The shoes are very comfortable to wear and beautiful to look at. However by the third wearing about 3 or 5 stones have fallen out. The shoes still look and feel great.

Ordered 2 shoes
Ordered 2 shoes, one pair was good but one pair was super poor quality couldn't walk in "made in china"......wanted to return. the return would be much more expensive than the shoe cost (about 5-600 SEK) paid for express delivery but it took longer and no money back. Eva V

very happy with both my purchases and service
I'm very happy with both my purchases (3) and the customer service at Danceandsway. My first pair of shoes was awhile in arriving, but I had been notified that this might be the case, since shoes come different distances, and often from different countries. And when I had a problem with one pair and wanted to exchange another, I received very speedy and friendly replies to my inquires, with detailed instructions and options, and it all worked out. I will definitely continue to purchase from Danceandsway!

Amazing Customer Service
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and before processing the order, their customer service team reached out to me to confirm the size. I was very impressed as that doesn’t happen often these days. The shoes arrived and they are absolutely gorgeous, soft and comfortable.

I loved the dress I ordered. The quality was good and the dress fit Me perfectly. I ordered a M and I am 5’5” and weigh 124 lbs. It was shipped to Me very quickly
Unfair Return Policy
Their return policy is actually laughable. It was my first and LAST time ordering from them. They charged $28 for a rush order for shoes that end up coming late anyway and unfit. So not only did I end up losing $28 but I’m being penalized for having to pay for a shipping label due to their inability to deliver properly. There excuse for it was that it is “eco-friendly”.

2 for 1 BS. Late and I don't get a full
Their website stated it would get to me within 8-14 days. I paid extra for express shipping. Only for it to come days late. And now they refuse to give me a full refund of shipping as well. But the event is done, the shoes are late, and I have to forfeit 20 quid??? No. The quality of response is poor. There should be a guarantee of it getting to you on time. They use relay in the UK which is the most unreliable company at that. So for all these legitimate reasons. I am never shopping with this company again. I implore you to goto a local shop and find it in person. TO ADD. They did not provide a fair solution still. If i could mark the company lower I would. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR OWN LABEL AND LOSE 20 QUID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING. THERE SHOULD BE GUARANTEES AND LENIENCY FOR THE FIRST 3 ORDERS. THEIR COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ECO QUALITY. BUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE. The bare minimum is giving me a label or returning not 30% but 50% of the original cost at least. First time buy and last. I will be persuading everyone to buy from someone else and will not ever suggest this company

Lovely shoes
It took a lot of questions to clarify if these shoes were for me...which was an effort. I needed soft leather uppers as I have a bunion on my foot. I needed low heels to wear out. I needed court shoes not sling backs. I needed soles that were for outdoors not soft for indoors. After clarifying this I bought the shoes and they are great. they dont hurt and look good. thank you. Bought a pair of dance shoes for my wedding. Amazing all day comfort, they were great. I didn't have to pay crazy high prices. Dance and Sway's prices are great. I only wish they offer indoor and outdoor versions of the same shoe.

I’m getting married soon
I’m getting married soon, and decided wearing dancing shoes would probably be the best way to be able to actually tolerate wearing heels for a duration, especially with dancing involved. I’ve worn too many pairs of heels that just kill my feet after a short period of time. Once I received my dancing shoes and tried them on, I couldn’t believe how much they move with my feet, unlike regular heels which are stiff. I’m excited to wear them on my special day!

Shoes were comfortable, cute and delivered efficiently. I am using them for my wedding, so I am thrilled that the quality is so high. Even the top of the shoe is flexible enough to not dig into your foot etc, very nice. Will be ordering a second back up pair!
