Happy each time I order.
I have ordered shoes several times. Have been pleased with all. The last pair was too small and they offered a 50% discount with no return. The only date of delivery takes a long time. Sometimes with Arthur Murray you don't have that much time before the event.

The product is great. Problem is you don't ship to Hawaii, why not? I have to have items shipped to CA and then forwarded, so I end up paying double shipping!

Initially i thought all the adds were a scam but after months of watching them and reading the reviews I decided to finally give it a try. I received the wrong number by my own mistake and contacting them for an exchange was a very clear, easy and communicative process. Ann was very patient with me and made sure I got the correct number. I absolutely love it. As a tall woman, I was always unconfident and wobbly with high heels but these boots are amazing. Weightless, soft interior and its height and curves makes me feel steady without effort and give me the confidence to use them as a dancer. I'm happy with my purchase and recommend.

I have ordered 2 pairs so far and I love them; I will be ordering more shoes in the near future. These shoes are very comfortable, adjustable and they come in various beautiful styles. Due to an issue with my left foot, it was very difficult finding shoes that would fit, until now. I'm extremely happy that I decided to try them out; the style of these shoes makes it simpler to wear.

Not recommended
I ordered profetional fishnet tights and arrived it was a JOKE. I ask for refund, they ask me to send the photo with tag on which i did, than they ask me to send whole fishnet tights photo and i did. Than they still refusing to send me the return label. Not to mentioned it took to arrive more than a month. Terrible and completely, NOT a good product.

I bought these shoes for my son’s…
I bought these shoes for my son’s wedding. They are so comfortable and the glitter stays on the shoes. I was skeptical because this company is not in the U.S., but they arrived when they said they would. I would recommend measuring your feet a few time…or have someone else draw the line around your feet keeping the pencil completely vertical. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger than what I measured and they are a perfect fit. My only complaint was I didn’t know how to buckle the shoes…I’m not a dancer nor are my kids. Otherwise…very highly recommend.

The shoes are very badly made and bad quality. You cannot stand in them at all, no stabilty, even on the lowest cuban heal. The return process is a disaster and you can see it is a cheap company with no quality or customer service. They look good, but unwaerable. I have emailed five different people already for a refund. A red flag.
