It's also great to know that our team met your expectations throughout the customization process and delivery. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to creating more beautiful dresses for you in the future! Best, [Danceandsway.com]

Hello, We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify that our 7 cm and 7.5 cm heels are two different heel shapes, rather than the same heel with a 0.5 cm height difference. During production, a slight variation in the measured height may occur due to the manufacturing process, but the heel style supplied corresponds to the option selected. Regarding shipping, express shipping applies to the delivery service once the order has been dispatched. Any production or processing time is indicated separately, as it varies depending on the product. We understand your disappointment and appreciate your feedback. It helps us continue improving our product information and customer communication. Best, [Danceandsway.com]

Hi Gail, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that the shoes did not fit as expected. Dance shoe sizing can vary between styles and manufacturers, which is why each product has its own size guide based on foot length rather than standard EU shoe sizes. We understand this can be frustrating, especially when the shoes are otherwise what you were looking for. We're glad our customer service team has been able to assist you with the return process, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Your feedback is valuable to us and will help us continue improving our sizing guidance for future customers. Best, [Danceandsway.com]
