We do apologize for the condition of your last delivery and understand your concern that the dry ice was gone and some of your packages started to thaw. Depending on transit times and weather conditions, it's not uncommon for the dry ice to dissipate during shipment. As long as the food is still cold to the touch and partially frozen or has ice crystals present, it remains safe to refreeze. We're glad you were able to get the meals into the freezer right away.
