I would say everything is almost perfect. Especially the process of booking till returning. Something they need to improve on is their app and website too. Like my personal dashboard, I don't really see all the car the i have press liked button. It will be easier for the me so that I won't keep browsing for the car that i want. As in i have my few personal favourite on top of alot of great cars they offer
Theres some glitch when i want to set specific timing. And also its quite troublesome when you view a car on the map, then when i want to go back to map view another, i have to restart a few steps again.
Drivelah is a great platform for renting cars and definitely one of my go to. However the app and laptop interface can be much better, as the chats are quite laggy and bookings take a while to be processed. Search engine can definitely be improved, it cab be quite tedious looking for cars based on location especially. There should also be a feature to allow us to check how early or late we can book the car. Some cars need 1 day advance notice, some maybe only 2 hours. Please also add a feature to allow insurance coverage for an additional driver.
As comms before, owner of the car who do not allow pets shouldn't have pets themselves cos i had a bad experience twice where the car smells and furs were everywhere which I am allergic to.

Always cannot find any car near my place. But I have a host. Her car near my place. I always need to click on my history and look for her car then I can make the reservation. I had feedback to drivelah. Your reply will look into. But more then 2 month, problems never solve.

App requires improvement. Mobile app lacks features such as calendar access to edit car availability dates. There should be more flexibility and options for host to adjust per day or 8 hour bookings. Especially for limiting booking period to within the day itself. E.g. 8am to 8am and not allowing 10pm to 10pm.

Dravelah! is a good way to reach out to keen drivers who's looking to rent cars. But having only a website to initiate the transaction is inconvenient. Its Drivelah! app has many limitation and is not working the way its users wanted. Otherwise, Drivelah! In overall would be a perfect platform.

Overall great app but some of the features can be improved. For eg. as a car owner , I feel it’s better if we can have the option to have a booking at least between 12-24 hours in advanced . We cannot be at home the whole day and we will need time to pump petrol and wash the car for the hirer. Last minute booking cause a lot of inconvenience for us. Secondly, I feel drivers should be more protected as there are always customers that are kind of troublesome. For example . Return car without pumping full petrol or damaging car interior fixtures or ornaments. There should be a penalty in place for hirers or even for drivers.
