Great idea. However, the company lacks to protect participant from wrong and dishonest allegations. Some participants taking advantage of it. We rented 3 cars. Two very good experiences. The third one claimed we didn’t refill, we were not on time and dirt inside. Baseless as he asked us if we can pay for gasoline which we did on the spot, evidence provided that he didn’t wait longer than 2-3 minutes at handover as well dirt inside , pictures proofed not different from handover. Drivelah, despite escalating didn’t take any action and didn’t call us back as requested. The owner did a vacuum cleaning and Drivelah forced us to pay even there was never a claim on dirt to vacuum. Great concept. Very poor customer protection and lack of internal escalation to check facts. We decided to cancel our account.

Yehlen was very helpful today when I was trying to reach a car owner who was in the appds but not onkine database. She found a direct link which I can then message her (I could not do so in the apps). The apps does not seem to work exactly as the online wesbite and numerous navigations are difficult to use or complete intended actions (not intuitive).

So far I enjoyed using Drivelah platform as a host. The platform processing is very efficient and user-friendly. Just looking forward for the mobile App for Android and hope that will not be disappointing.
I book the car for 24hours from 8am to 8am the following day. I returned the car at 10.30pm on the same day I rented. I'm so tired so I want to return early so I can have a good rest and no need wake up 7am just to return the car. Feedback last month already we need to have a return early option. Till now no improvement in your system. Early return or car is a very basic feature and convenient both driver and car owner. Car owner no need wake up early just to wait for me to return the car. Hopefully you all will improve this and allow early return of car ASAP. When I return early, car owner can rent to other and maximise their earning also. For your consideration.

The View Booking link does not have a link to “Start Trip” and the text message instruction is not clear whether the owner is handing over or the car can be automatically unlocked. Pls insert the link clearly in the Bookings page and include clear instructions in the text or WA reminders. Thanjs
Your system should allow the rental to terminate early rather than restricting to 30mins before the end of the rental period.
Download of pictures before and after is always very slow. Need to improve and also there is no apps friendly use for android system. Inconvenient at times.
