Useless online support who does not know anything

The online chat support are pretty much useless when it comes to technical support. they're just receptionist who does not know anything and only knows how to redirect traffic. When they have no resource to direct the traffic, they ask you to send email wait till the technical team comes back from their long break. The actual technical support doesn't seem to work on weekends within office hours. Talking about having a live site with people of different timezone using your site. You will be in for a massive headache when crap happens.
