Hi Jim, Thank you for sharing the feedback, we appreciate opportunities for improvement. We apologize for any confusion the shipping may have caused. I show there were four shipments, two on the 14th, one 15th, and the last on the 17th. Each email with has a link to the shipment tracking in addition to the carrier and service as well as the individual items in that shipment. If these emails were not received or sorted to a junk folder, please let us know and we can get your information updated if needed.
