It feels like data and money grab all the way. It tricks you in to a subscription and used uploaded pictures as publica data.

I hope I could give 0 stars. They offered a "free 7 day trial", and charged my PayPal account for a yearly subscription, even though I never even downloaded the app, just tried to edit one photo and was disappointed using the fotor. K never signed my card details to them, but they managed to charge my account none the less. Stay away from this company! This is a scam at least. I have made an issue about it on PayPal, but I don't know will I ever get my money back from this shitty site. They should inform people before the trial ends anyway, so you have the chance to cancel it. But you can't even find the cancellation on their website!

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars! This is a scam disguised as an app. That it still exists on App Stores baffles me. They charged me via PayPal for a pro account but I have no pro access. It wants me to pay -again! For this garbage? Utter rubbish and seriously horrid app. I would like to warn anyone thinking of getting this app to STAY AWAY! Their help email is completely useless. They address wrong issues and have been giving me a runaround!

I wish there was an option for 0 star. Every single comment on TP about this website is absolutely true. Didn't let me know my subscription was renewing and charged me through PayPal.I sent them an email for a refund but a very declining reply. I cannot find the cancel subscription on my account in Fotor so I just had to take my card off on PayPal and inform my Bank for no future transaction with these fraudsters. Stay right clear off this website, It a click & bait.

Fotor bait and switch
Fotor moved the features I paid for in my Pro subscription to the higher cost Pro+ subscription without any warning or notice, and has been giving me the run around ever since.

Appalling - total scam. It is not a free trial. There is no option to cancel until the trial ends, so you end up paying for either a month or the yearly fee.

So, Fotor did not give me what I paid for and are now denying the Payment even though I sent them a Paypal receipt of the money taken. 100% dishonest Business, Do not go near this website Fotor.com I decided I should go to Better Business Bureau however I find they are a Chinese Company and so it will be very difficult to hold them accountable for the theft of my Money.
Does not work/No Refunds
Paid for a subscription to upscale my videos to 4K. Doesn’t work at all, just gives you error messages. Customer service refused to give me a refund. AVOID!

You are only allowed to edit ONE headshot for the whole year.. Which I didn’t even get!! It just sent me to a page where i have to pay EVEN MORE FOR ANOTHER “TRY” CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?!

This isn't a company, it's a digital parasite. They trick you into signing in, giving them all your data, then hold your own work hostage. You can't even edit your own photo without paying their exorbitant ransom. The entire business model is a predatory scam. AVOID at all costs.

Completey useless without signing up for the "trail" and it is essentially nothing but a pop up ad and harassment generator. You can't download your edits even with a watermark. I'm so angry. It was recommended by chatGTP and is the worst and most useless thing I have dealt with. Don't even bother. I could not hate it more.
