Bad customer service. I was looking for reviews before placing my order but I couldn’t find any and after I placed my order I found this website and everything the 1 star reviewers said were true. I order my package and they took my PayPal shipping address which i tried to cancel my order but didn’t know how to nor how to change it. I sent them 2 emails after my order was placed but they never got back to me and 4 days later which will be today I sent them a total of 10-12 emails but no response. Hey welfare if u are reading this I need my refund. I don’t need a replacement or even want the order after reading this reviews

I’m truly surprised by all the negative reviews. I ordered a beautiful 5 picture light up piece for my hubby. It came faster than I expected and it was truly beautiful work. I even wrote an d ask how long this item would take and I heard back two days later.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. You can not contact them, there email does not exist, you can’t call them and you can not track your order… it’s a scam

Ordered a letter with photos and lights…luckily my daughter was awake after 30 mins started to smoke…had she not been awake…room would have set on fire and she would be dead now!
They should not be allowed to operate it wasn't cheap either over £40….
They should be shut down…they are dangerous and incompetent.
Horrible customer service. My package came damaged, I sent pictures day of to see if I could get it returned. They kept insisting nothing was wrong with my product and refused to give me a return label. What company does not offer that once you’ve shown proof of your defective item?!?! Definitely a fraudulent website. I had to get my transactions disputed. DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS!!!
Everything came in good condition, but it took too long to arrive. Also, customer service wasn't helpful.
It was very difficult to track the package as well. Also , the website was dodgy as I had to create a PayPal account just to go through with the order.
I wish I could give 0 stars for this company. I ordered a family tree for my Nan which not only took 2 months to come (bearing in mind it was a Xmas present) but once I got it in February it turned up damaged and all they can say is “I’ll send a new one.” It ruined my nans Xmas present and you should avoid this company at ALL COSTS. I can’t even get a refund as they won’t offer it they just say they’ll send a new one but I’m not waiting another two months for a Xmas present for my elderly nan! AVOID this company
Do not shop here. Terrible service. Product never even arrived & after I ask for refund they say they can only refund 30%. They told me I couldn’t comment this review if I wanted my refund. Worst experience ever I’d never suggest this for anyone do not waste your time.

It took 3 weeks to arrive but it is exactly as described on the website and my mother was over the moon with the personalised tree.
What a joke! I ordered the letter T picture collage & was VERY DISAPPOINTED in not only the size but the quality of this preschool art project. $44 & a month later for delivery? The T actually fits in the palm of my hand- No exaggeration. Do yourself a favor & stay away!! I'm one & done!
My order didnt come. Had trouble with the company trying to find my order, once they told me they had it back and i would have to pay again for transportation I asked for a refund then got told I will only get 30% back, never going to shop here again since customer service was no help at all.
Absolutely ridiculous company! I paid £23 in express delivery as I needed them by the end of the next week understandably coming from abroad. They then took over 4 weeks to get to me and it was supposed to be a birthday present so by the time it arrived you can tell is so annoying to even give them to someone as a gift after all that time! When it finally came the instructions were tiny crap pictures to instruct you to build the item and the lights that came with it I literally had to cut off of the item because of how stupid they were they were tiny little lights that barely illuminated anything and they were all just attached to a ridiculously long metal wire that made the rotating item NOT be able to rotate. All in all I paid around £60 for an awful piece of plastic absolute scam would recommend anyone but them and wouldn’t use the company ever again. Should be shut down if I’m honest.
This is the worst online company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Ordered something for my wife for my anniversary and after ordering I realized there were two of the same thing in the cart. Emailed them about the refund process and the lady tells me there isn’t a refund. I copy and paste the refund policy in the email and she says “if I insist on returning then let her know when I receive It”. After receiving It she then tells me it’s my fault I ordered two lol don’t ever order from this place seriously. Awful customer service and there’s no number to even talk to someone. Absolutely ridiculous
I got my customized product within 2 weeks or so. I was scared because of the all the bad reviews however, I was happy with the results. I cannot say this is the usually service but for my first time it was satisfactory. I had no issues at all.
Don't let the reviews scare you. Give it a chance you may be surprised. If you do have a bad experience then obviously you need to post your experience on here or some other reviewing site. Have a great day!
This company is a Sham I was supposed to receive my delivery before Mother's Day a week later still have not received it and they refuse to refund my money. Let's see if I ever actually get my item. Do not purchase from them !
