Horrible Customer Service.
If I could leave less than one star I would. I glitch in their website caused me to be charged for two of the exact same item. I contacted them literally seconds after the order was placed to tell them I would like to be refunded for one of the items because I did not want to purchase two of the same items. They waited until they shipped the item to respond to me although I sent several emails before shipping. They said they could not return my money because it was shipped

I have just received a moon lamp from this company which cost me £30+ it is absolutely rubbish, it was a gift for a family member, I can not possibly give them this crap, will now have to by another present for them . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Please, please avoid this scam artist. Ordered a personalised gift item £35.75 well before Christmas. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Hermes failed to deliver correctly and admitted fault. Dealing with with this company and it’s one woman customer service representative Harriet M. was a nightmare, she was just on repeat and incapable of forming a polite Sensible reply to any of the 20 plus emails sent between us. They wanted $20 USD to be paid to a different website to send a replacement. After opening a Resoloution Case with PayPal who bizarrely found in their favour I am now out of pocket. Just don’t go near them. It’s very hard to find information and reviews about this company on line. You have been warned.
