We are a commercial website that assists customers in getting an entry permit to travel to a foreign country simply and fast. With over 10 years in the international travel field, we understand the procedures, regulations, and especially worries of traveling to a strange country. Decided to use GVC despite their hefty service fee - $125 per person - when I could have done it for free directly at the Zimbabwe govt website expecting that the company would have an advantage in getting approvals faster. I normally do not write reviews but given that I chose this company because of the good reviews they had, I thought it best to inform people that their service is not worth the money you pay. I paid for their service more than a month prior to our trip. However, to date (Aug 16 and we fly for our trip on Aug 19), we have not yet received our visas!! We are 5 going on the trip, my daughter’s visa has been issued but 4 of us have not received our visas. I have been following up constantly and the only response I get is “please wait patiently, your visas are being processed”. I have gotten no explanation as to why the processing is taking so long (it normally takes 3-5 days) nor if there was any problem with any information we submitted. Nothing. I do not recommend this service at all. They are very fast in getting your order, but provide no update on the status of your visa.

I had experienced issues in applying for my e-visa initially ,in the payment section.
Being an older person and not as good with computers, had to seek the help of an IT professional plus your wonderful Team . The 2 that comes to my mind is Sita & Ella.
When I first wrote to your section, your management got onto the team to get help for me and worked / helped me through the process of obtaining the e-visa.
So all I can say, is such a wonderful, helpful professional and efficient team.
I am every so grateful and look forward to my trip to India. I have been there previously and have done Voluntary work in an Orphanage in Tamil Nadu But that was years and years ago.

My wife decided to travel with me to India, at the last minute. With only few days left before I depart Singapore I panicked for a moment as usually the VISA process will take time and it was a Saturday afternoon too. But I was pleasantly surprised since my application, from the very moment, there were constant communication back and forth even during the weekend. At the end, on Sunday night I was told the VISA will be approved 8am IST the following day. To my surprise I received an email at 1040 SGT (810am IST) with the approval. I still couldn't believe what has transpired. Cheers to the people who are behind this achievement.
Submitted my visa application with all documents on monday, checked in after 3 days(the promised timeline) where the visa is. "60 day visas take longer" but didn't say that any earlier, they asked me to change to a 30 day visa, which I thought about and they just changed it without me agreeing. Said they'll refund parts of my money. A day later, today, I received a visa for a stranger, with all passport details and everything. W T F!! Never heared about privacy details???
I forgot my Sri Lanka visa and remembered only on the day of my arrival. I wasn't sure if I needed the visa, but in the past, Sri Lanka visa services usually worked same-day for me. I was willing to take the risk, but the payment on the official page didn't work, so I took it as a sign to play it safe. The cost of around $250 USD was steep, but not getting into Sri Lanka would have been a real bummer. I applied for the visa at 2:17 a.m. Singapore time and received it at 11:58 a.m., which is less than within 5 business hours. Impressive! Thanks!!
The team was excellent. The communication was clear and very responsive. I had some trouble getting together details on my end, but the team made it possible for me to get my documentation on time. This is, by far, the most efficient and professional visa processing that I have experienced. Thank you to the team.
It’s my first time to buy an entry visa from GVC web and unfortunately the flight route of those two countries are disconnected so as a result it should be clear to the GVC team that it’s NOT me changed my mind and cancel my plan to travel but it’s the SITUATION of those two counties, and I was trying to explain the situation of my cancellation and request my refund of $280. So since that time I try to call to GVC # on the website and email them several times but no body trying to help and solve the issue and the phone is not answered even 4 times dropped my call and still trying to contact the team.
