For bras, a precise fit is key to comfort – and if the straps can’t be adjusted enough, that’s understandably frustrating. Our sizing guide provides a general recommendation, but depending on body shape, the ideal size can vary. We saw that you already ordered the same model in size M before and exchanged size S to M, so we would have happily exchanged size L for M, as well. Our customer service team would be happy to help you find a model or size where the straps might fit your needs better. Just reach out to us anytime!

For customers in the EU and UK we offer a 14 day withdrawal period, which means that if you reach out within the first 14 days after receiving your order, we will offer you a refund for your return. Apart from that we offer store credits and exchanges for returns within the first 30 days after receival. Unfortunately we cannot find your order in our system.
